Description

持たないかまたは非常に低いGWPを有する発泡剤を使用することによって低い可燃性、良好な断熱性および高い寸法安定性を提供する発泡体の製造が必要とされている。シス−1,1,1,4,4,4−ヘキサフルオロ−2−ブテン(Z−FC−1336mzzまたはZ−CF3CH=CHCF3)は、優れた候補の1つである。

発泡剤Z−FC−1336mzzおよびHFC−365mfcをプレミックスして80重量%のZ−FC−1336mzzと20重量%のHFC−365mfcとを含有する共沸様混合物を形成した。
Z−FC−1336mzzおよびトランス−1,2−ジクロロエチレン共沸混合物から製造されるポリウレタンフォーム
発泡剤Z−FC−1336mzzおよびトランス−1,2−ジクロロエチレンをプレミックスして74.7重量%のZ−FC−1336mzzと25.3重量%のトランス−1,2−ジクロロエチレンとを含有する共沸混合物を形成した。
Z−FC−1336mzzおよびトランス−1,2−ジクロロエチレン共沸様混合物から製造されるポリウレタンフォーム
発泡剤Z−FC−1336mzzおよびトランス−1,2−ジクロロエチレンをプレミックスして68重量%のZ−FC−1336mzzと32重量%のトランス−1,2−ジクロロエチレンとを含有する共沸様混合物を形成した。
Z−FC−1336mzzおよびペンタン共沸混合物から製造されるポリウレタンフォーム
発泡剤Z−FC−1336mzzおよびペンタンをプレミックスして70.2重量%のZ−FC−1336mzzと29.8重量%のペンタンとを含有する共沸混合物を形成した。
Z−FC−1336mzzおよびイソペンタン共沸混合物から製造されるポリウレタンフォーム
発泡剤Z−FC−1336mzzおよびイソペンタンをプレミックスして61.4重量%のZ−FC−1336mzzと38.6重量%のイソペンタンとを含有する共沸混合物を形成した。
Z−FC−1336mzzおよびシクロペンタン共沸様混合物から製造されるポリウレタンフォーム
発泡剤Z−FC−1336mzzおよびシクロペンタンをプレミックスして85重量%のZ−FC−1336mzzと15重量%のシクロペンタンとを含有する共沸様混合物を形成した。
Z−FC−1336mzzおよびHFC−245fa共沸様混合物から製造されるポリウレタンフォーム
発泡剤Z−FC−1336mzzおよびHFC−245faをプレミックスして20重量%のZ−FC−1336mzzと80重量%のHFC−245faとを含有する共沸様混合物を形成した。
Z−FC−1336mzzおよびジメトキシメタン共沸様混合物から製造されるポリウレタンフォーム
発泡剤Z−FC−1336mzzおよびジメトキシメタンをプレミックスして85重量%のZ−FC−1336mzzと15重量%のジメトキシメタンとを含有する共沸様混合物を形成した。
1.(a)シス−1,1,1,4,4,4−ヘキサフルオロ−2−ブテンとギ酸メチルとの共沸混合物と;
(b)2個またはそれ以上の活性水素を有する活性水素含有化合物と
を含む発泡体形成組成物。
2.(a)シス−1,1,1,4,4,4−ヘキサフルオロ−2−ブテンとギ酸メチルとの共沸様混合物と;
(b)2個またはそれ以上の活性水素を有する活性水素含有化合物と
を含む発泡体形成組成物。
3.(a)シス−1,1,1,4,4,4−ヘキサフルオロ−2−ブテンと1,1,1,3,3−ペンタフルオロブタンとの共沸様混合物と;
(b)2個またはそれ以上の活性水素を有する活性水素含有化合物と
を含む発泡体形成組成物。
4.(a)シス−1,1,1,4,4,4−ヘキサフルオロ−2−ブテンとトランス−1,2−ジクロロエチレンとの共沸混合物と;
(b)2個またはそれ以上の活性水素を有する活性水素含有化合物と
を含む発泡体形成組成物。
5.(a)シス−1,1,1,4,4,4−ヘキサフルオロ−2−ブテンとトランス−1,2−ジクロロエチレンとの共沸様混合物と;
(b)2個またはそれ以上の活性水素を有する活性水素含有化合物と
を含む発泡体形成組成物。
6.(a)シス−1,1,1,4,4,4−ヘキサフルオロ−2−ブテンとペンタンとの共沸混合物と;
(b)2個またはそれ以上の活性水素を有する活性水素含有化合物と
を含む発泡体形成組成物。
7.(a)シス−1,1,1,4,4,4−ヘキサフルオロ−2−ブテンとペンタンとの共沸様混合物と;
(b)2個またはそれ以上の活性水素を有する活性水素含有化合物と
を含む発泡体形成組成物。
8.(a)シス−1,1,1,4,4,4−ヘキサフルオロ−2−ブテンとイソペンタンとの共沸混合物と;
(b)2個またはそれ以上の活性水素を有する活性水素含有化合物と
を含む発泡体形成組成物。
9.(a)シス−1,1,1,4,4,4−ヘキサフルオロ−2−ブテンとイソペンタンとの共沸様混合物と;
(b)2個またはそれ以上の活性水素を有する活性水素含有化合物と
を含む発泡体形成組成物。
10.(a)シス−1,1,1,4,4,4−ヘキサフルオロ−2−ブテンとシクロペンタンとの共沸混合物と;
(b)2個またはそれ以上の活性水素を有する活性水素含有化合物と
を含む発泡体形成組成物。
11.(a)シス−1,1,1,4,4,4−ヘキサフルオロ−2−ブテンとシクロペンタンとの共沸様混合物と;
(b)2個またはそれ以上の活性水素を有する活性水素含有化合物と
を含む発泡体形成組成物。
12.(a)シス−1,1,1,4,4,4−ヘキサフルオロ−2−ブテンと1,1,1,3,3−ペンタフルオロプロパンとの共沸様混合物と;
(b)2個またはそれ以上の活性水素を有する活性水素含有化合物と
を含む発泡体形成組成物。
13.(a)シス−1,1,1,4,4,4−ヘキサフルオロ−2−ブテンとジメトキシメタンとの共沸様混合物と;
(b)2個またはそれ以上の活性水素を有する活性水素含有化合物と
を含む発泡体形成組成物。
14.前記活性水素含有化合物がポリエーテルポリオールである、上記1〜13のいずれかに記載の発泡体形成組成物。
15.上記1〜14のいずれかに記載の有効量の発泡体形成組成物と適したポリイソシアネートとの反応から製造される独立気泡のポリウレタンまたはポリイソシアヌレートポリマー発泡体。
16.前記ポリマー発泡体が6.0フィート2−時間−°F/BTU−インチより大きい初期R値を有する上記15に記載の独立気泡のポリウレタンまたはポリイソシアヌレートポリマー発泡体。
17.上記1〜14のいずれかに記載の有効量の発泡体形成組成物を適したポリイソシアネートと反応させる工程を含む独立気泡のポリウレタンまたはポリイソシアヌレートポリマー発泡体の製造方法。
Claims (15)
- (a)45〜95重量%のシス−1,1,1,4,4,4−ヘキサフルオロ−2−ブテンと5〜55重量%の1,1,1,3,3−ペンタフルオロブタンとの共沸様混合物を含む発泡体膨張剤と;
(b)2個またはそれ以上の活性水素を有する活性水素含有化合物と
を含む発泡体形成組成物。 - (a)74.7重量%のシス−1,1,1,4,4,4−ヘキサフルオロ−2−ブテンと25.3重量%のトランス−1,2−ジクロロエチレンとの共沸混合物を含む発泡体膨張剤と;
(b)2個またはそれ以上の活性水素を有する活性水素含有化合物と
を含む発泡体形成組成物。 - (a)66〜99重量%のシス−1,1,1,4,4,4−ヘキサフルオロ−2−ブテンと1〜34重量%のトランス−1,2−ジクロロエチレンとの共沸様混合物を含む発泡体膨張剤と;
(b)2個またはそれ以上の活性水素を有する活性水素含有化合物と
を含む発泡体形成組成物。 - (a)70.2重量%のシス−1,1,1,4,4,4−ヘキサフルオロ−2−ブテンと29.8重量%のペンタンとの共沸混合物を含む発泡体膨張剤と;
(b)2個またはそれ以上の活性水素を有する活性水素含有化合物と
を含む発泡体形成組成物。 - (a)62〜78重量%のシス−1,1,1,4,4,4−ヘキサフルオロ−2−ブテンと22〜38重量%のペンタンとの共沸様混合物を含む発泡体膨張剤と;
(b)2個またはそれ以上の活性水素を有する活性水素含有化合物と
を含む発泡体形成組成物。 - (a)61.4重量%のシス−1,1,1,4,4,4−ヘキサフルオロ−2−ブテンと38.6重量%のイソペンタンとの共沸混合物を含む発泡体膨張剤と;
(b)2個またはそれ以上の活性水素を有する活性水素含有化合物と
を含む発泡体形成組成物。 - (a)51〜70重量%のシス−1,1,1,4,4,4−ヘキサフルオロ−2−ブテンと30〜49重量%のイソペンタンとの共沸様混合物を含む発泡体膨張剤と;
(b)2個またはそれ以上の活性水素を有する活性水素含有化合物と
を含む発泡体形成組成物。 - (a)85重量%のシス−1,1,1,4,4,4−ヘキサフルオロ−2−ブテンと15重量%のシクロペンタンとの共沸混合物を含む発泡体膨張剤と;
(b)2個またはそれ以上の活性水素を有する活性水素含有化合物と
を含む発泡体形成組成物。 - (a)75〜88重量%のシス−1,1,1,4,4,4−ヘキサフルオロ−2−ブテンと12〜25重量%のシクロペンタンとの共沸様混合物を含む発泡体膨張剤と;
(b)2個またはそれ以上の活性水素を有する活性水素含有化合物と
を含む発泡体形成組成物。 - (a)1〜24重量%のシス−1,1,1,4,4,4−ヘキサフルオロ−2−ブテンと76〜99重量%の1,1,1,3,3−ペンタフルオロプロパンとの共沸様混合物を含む発泡体膨張剤と;
(b)2個またはそれ以上の活性水素を有する活性水素含有化合物と
を含む発泡体形成組成物。 - (a)67〜97重量%のシス−1,1,1,4,4,4−ヘキサフルオロ−2−ブテンと3〜33重量%のジメトキシメタンとの共沸様混合物を含む発泡体膨張剤と;
(b)2個またはそれ以上の活性水素を有する活性水素含有化合物と
を含む発泡体形成組成物。 - 前記活性水素含有化合物がポリエーテルポリオールである、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の発泡体形成組成物。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の有効量の発泡体形成組成物と適したポリイソシアネートとの反応から製造される独立気泡のポリウレタンまたはポリイソシアヌレートポリマー発泡体。
- 前記ポリマー発泡体が6.0フィート2−時間−°F/BTU−インチより大きい初期
R値を有する請求項13に記載の独立気泡のポリウレタンまたはポリイソシアヌレートポリマー発泡体。 - 請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の有効量の発泡体形成組成物を適したポリイソシアネートと反応させる工程を含む独立気泡のポリウレタンまたはポリイソシアヌレートポリマー発泡体の製造方法。
