Description
Claims (9)
- 内管(2)と外管(3)とを用いて排ガスの流れを冷却するための排ガス装置用排ガス熱交換機(1)であって、
a)前記両管(2、3)は、入口側で間接的に又は直接的に相互に気密に溶接されており、
b)前記内管(2)と前記外管(3)との間には、排ガスの流れのための排ガス流路(6)が形成されており、
c)前記外管(3)の外側周囲には、被覆管(3.1)が配置されており、前記外管(3)と当該被覆管(3.1)との間には、冷却剤用の環状空間(5)が形成されており、
d)前記内管(2)は、流れ方向(S)に対し直角方向に、対応する径方向の流れ断面を持つ貫通孔(P2)を有し、流れ方向(S)の出口(2.1)で軸方向の流れ断面(A2)を持つ開口部(2.1)を有し、
e)前記内管(2)上に移動可能及び/又は回転可能に軸受けされた中間管(4)に、対応する径方向の流れ断面を形成する貫通孔(P4)が設けられており、
f)前記中間管(4)により、前記内管(2)の前記貫通孔(P2)が少なくとも部分的に閉じられることができ、径方向の流れ断面が変更可能であり、
前記開口部(2.1)の軸方向の流れ断面(A2)と、前記内管(2)の前記貫通孔(P2)の径方向の流れ断面とは、同時に変更可能である
ことを特徴とする排ガス熱交換機(1)。 - 前記開口部(2.1)は、調節可能な装置(7)を介して、少なくとも部分的に閉じることができ、軸方向の流れ断面(A2)が変更可能である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排ガス熱交換機(1)。 - 前記中間管(4)の前記貫通孔(P4)は、少なくとも部分的に、前記内管(2)の前記貫通孔(P2)と完全に等しい、及び/又は、両者の径方向の流れ断面が等しい
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の排ガス熱交換機(1)。 - 前記中間管(4)は、中心軸(M)の周りを回転可能であり、及び/又は、当該中心軸(M)の方向に切替可能である
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の排ガス熱交換機(1)。 - 前記装置(7)と前記中間管(4)とは構成部品群として形成されており、切替要素(8)が設けられており、それによって前記中間管(4)と前記装置(7)とは同時に移動可能である
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の排ガス熱交換機(1)。 - 前記内管(2)の前記貫通孔(P2)を形成する全ての穴の面積の合計としての前記径方向の流れ断面は、前記内管(2)の軸方向の流れ断面(A2)の少なくとも1.2倍から1.7倍に対応する
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の排ガス熱交換機(1)。 - 前記切替要素(8)は、排ガスの流れによって発生する排ガスの背圧を介して、あるいは、アクチュエーターを介して、能動的又は受動的に制御可能である
ことを特徴とする請求項1から6までのいずれかに記載の排ガス熱交換機(1)。 - 請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の排ガス熱交換機(1)と、
排ガス装置、又は、内燃機関用及び/又は自動車用の排ガス装置の他の構成部品群と、で構成されるシステム。 - 排ガス装置内の排ガス熱交換機(1)中で排ガスの流れを制御するための方法であって、
前記排ガス熱交換機(1)は、内管(2)と当該内管(2)上で軸受けされる中間管(4)とを有し、前記内管(2)と前記中間管(4)とは、中心軸(M)に対する径方向において、それぞれ、径方向の流れ断面を持つ貫通孔(P2、P4)を有し、
前記中間管(4)は、前記内管(2)に対して回転可能か移動可能に軸受けされ、
径方向に前記内管(2)の前記貫通孔(P2)を通り排ガス流路(6)の方向に流れる排ガスの流量が、前記中間管(4)の調節によって制御され、流れ方向(S)に前記貫通孔(P2)の後方に配置された前記内管(2)の開口部(2.1)を通って軸方向に流れる排ガスの流量は、装置(7)の調節によって制御され、
前記中間管(4)と前記装置(7)とは、同時に制御される
ことを特徴とする方法。
