Description
本発明は、自動車用のホイール、特に、軽金属ホイールに関する。該ホイールは、本質的にリム及びホイールスパイダーを備えている。本発明の意味する軽金属ホイールは、少なくとも部分的に軽金属を含むホイールだけではなく、非金属材料を含む他の材料を含むホイール、従って、部分的に軽金属のホイールも含むと理解するべきである。

Claims (14)
- リム(2)及びホイールスパイダー(3)を本質的に備える自動車用のホイール、部分的に軽金属のホイール及び/又は軽金属ホイール(1)であって、
該ホイールスパイダー(3)が、金属又は金属合金を含み、該リム(2)が、炭素繊維強化プラスチックを含み、該ホイール(1)が、締め付けリング(4)を有し、該ホイールスパイダー(3)を、該締め付けリング(4)によって該リム(2)に取り付けることができ、
前記締め付けリング(4)が、径方向内側に膨らむように形成され本質的にV型又はU型の軸方向の断面を有している、前記ホイール(1)。 - 前記リム(2)が、リム内側ベッド(21)及びリム外側ベッド(22)を有し、該リム内側ベッド(21)及び該リム外側ベッド(22)がそれぞれ、リム内側フランジ(23)及びリム外側フランジ(24)に移行し、前記ホイールスパイダー(3)が、第1の円周輪郭(25)で軸方向内側に支持され、該第1の円周輪郭(25)が、該リム外側ベッド(22)、又は該リム外側ベッド(22)に対して軸方向に近接した該リム(2)の領域に形成されている、請求項1記載のホイール(1)。
- 前記締め付けリング(4)が、軸方向内側にカラー(41)を有し、該カラー(41)が、径方向外側に形成され、かつ前記リム(2)の第2の円周輪郭(26)によって軸方向外側に支持される、請求項1又は2記載のホイール(1)。
- 前記リム(2)が、径方向内側に膨らんだ円周ウェル(27)を有し、
前記第1の円周輪郭(25)及び前記第2の円周輪郭(26)が、該ウェル(27)の前記側壁(51)によって該リム(2)に形成されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項記載のホイール(1)。 - 前記側壁(51)が、前記ホイール(1)が垂直に向いているときに接続領域(52)における垂線に対して接続角(δ)をなしている、請求項4記載のホイール(1)。
- 前記締め付けリング(4)を、ねじ(5)によって前記リム(2)及び/又は前記ホイールスパイダー(3)に接続することができ、該ホイールスパイダー(3)にねじ止めすることができ、該締め付けリング(4)に張力がかかっていない状態で、該締め付けリング(4)が該リム(2)に接触しているときに、該ねじ(5)が配設されるリング領域内で、第1の間隙(6)が、該締め付けリング(4)と該リム(2)又は該ホイールスパイダー(3)との間に形成され、該第1の間隙(6)が、該締め付けリング(4)の張力がかかった状態で、又は該ねじ(5)が締められた後に閉じられる、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項記載のホイール(1)。
- 前記ホイールスパイダー(3)が、多数のスポーク(31)を有し、該スポーク(31)が、本質的に径方向(r)においてハブ領域(32)から外側に延び、かつ該スポーク(31)の端部が、前記リム(2)の内径にほぼ一致する外側リング(33)で終端している、請求項6記載のホイール(1)。
- 前記ねじ(5)を、前記スポーク(31)の径方向外側の領域、前記外側リング(33)に向いた該スポーク(31)の強化末端領域(34)にねじ込むことができる、請求項6又は7記載のホイール(1)。
- 前記ホイールスパイダー(3)が、突出部(28)及び/又は凹部(29)を有し、該突出部(28)及び/又は該凹部(29)が、径方向外側に向けられ、前記リム(2)に面し、該リム(3)が、該ホイールスパイダー(3)の該突出部(28)及び/又は該凹部(29)に一致する数の対応する凹部(38)及び/又は突出部を有する、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項記載のホイール(1)。
- 前記締め付けリング(4)が、径方向内側に膨らむように形成され、従って、該締め付けリング(4)が、カラー(41)で、軸方向内側でのみ前記リム(2)に接触し、該締め付けリング(4)に、密封リング(42)が存在する場合は、該密封リング(42)で、軸方向外側で該リム(2)に周方向に接触する、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項記載のホイール(1)。
- 前記径方向(r)において、前記接続領域(52)の前記側壁(51)及び/又は前記第2の円周輪郭(26)を除いた、前記締め付けリング(4)の、前記カラー(41)が、軸方向外側の領域において、第2の間隙(56)によって前記リム(2)から離間し、並びに/或いは、該径方向(r)において、該接続領域(52)の該側壁(51)及び/又は前記第1の円周輪郭(25)を除いた、前記ホイールスパイダー(3)の、前記外側リング(33)が、軸方向内側の領域において、第3の間隙(58)によって該リム(2)から離間している、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項記載のホイール(1)。
- 前記径方向(r)における前記締め付けリング(4)、前記カラー(41)及び/又は前記ホイールスパイダー(3)、前記外側リング(33)の膨張、所定の第1の温度での熱膨張による膨張の事象において、該締め付けリング(4)、該カラー(41)及び/又は該ホイールスパイダー(3)、該外側リング(33)と、前記第1の円周輪郭(25)及び/又は前記第2の円周輪郭(26)の前記接続領域(52)の前記側壁(51)を除く領域における該リム(2)との直接の接触が回避されるような寸法を、前記第2の間隙(56)及び/又は前記第3の間隙(58)が有する、請求項11記載のホイール(1)。
- 所定の第2の温度での熱圧縮による、前記径方向(r)及び/又は前記軸方向における前記締め付けリング(4)、前記カラー(41)及び/又は前記ホイールスパイダー(3)、前記外側リング(33)の熱圧縮の事象において、前記接続領域(52)において、前記第1の円周輪郭(25)、前記第2の円周輪郭(26)の前記側壁(51)における該締め付けリング(4)、該カラー(41)及び/又は該ホイールスパイダー(3)、該外側リング(33)が予張力を受けるように、接続角(δ)が選択され、該予張力が、前記第2の温度と前記第1の温度との間の全温度範囲に亘って、所定の最大張力よりも低く、かつ/又は所定の最小張力よりも高い、請求項5〜12のいずれか一項記載のホイール(1)。
- 前記第1の温度が約120℃であり、かつ/又は前記第2の温度が約−40℃である、請求項12又は13記載のホイール(1)。
