Claims (15)
- 複数の軸受(8、9)を備えた、ケーブルカーの滑車(1)の軸受ユニット(3)であって、
(イ)前記滑車(1)が、前記複数の軸受(8、9)によって軸受フレーム(4)に取付けられたシャフト(2)上に配置され、
(ロ)前記複数の軸受(8、9)のうち主軸受(8)の内輪(10)が前記シャフト(2)に接続され、
(ハ)前記主軸受の外輪(11)が、前記複数の軸受(8、9)のうち非常時走行軸受(9)の内輪(13)に接続されているとともに前記非常時走行軸受(9)を介して前記軸受フレーム(4)に取付けられ、
(ニ)前記非常時走行軸受(9)が、前記主軸受(8)の径方向外側に配置され、かつ、
(ホ)前記非常時走行軸受(9)の前記内輪(13)が、前記主軸受(8)の欠陥の場合に、少なくとも1個の支持装置によって前記シャフト(2)に支持されるように構成されている
ことを特徴とする、軸受ユニット(3)。 - 複数の軸受(8、9)を備えた、ケーブルカーの滑車(1)の軸受ユニット(3)であって、
(イ)前記滑車(1)が、前記複数の軸受(8、9)によって軸受フレーム(4)に取付けられたシャフト(2)上に配置され、
(ロ)前記複数の軸受(8、9)のうち主軸受(8)の内輪(10)が前記シャフト(2)に接続され、
(ハ)前記主軸受(8)の外輪(11)が、中間リングを介して、前記複数の軸受(8、9)のうち非常時走行軸受(9)の内輪(13)に接続されているとともに前記非常時走行軸受(9)を介して前記軸受フレーム(4)に取付けられ、
(ニ)前記非常時走行軸受(9)が、前記主軸受(8)の径方向外側に配置され、かつ、
(ホ)前記中間リングが、前記主軸受(8)の欠陥の場合に、少なくとも1個の支持装置によって前記シャフト(2)に支持されるように構成されている
ことを特徴とする、軸受ユニット(3)。 - 前記非常時走行軸受(9)が、前記主軸受(8)に関して軸方向にオフセットされていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の軸受ユニット(3)。
- 前記主軸受(8)が、通常運転用に設計された軸受とされ、かつ、前記非常時走行軸受(9)が、非常時運転用に設計された軸受とされていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の軸受ユニット(3)。
- 非常時運転用に設計された前記非常時走行軸受(9)の前記内輪(13)と前記外輪(14)とが互いに固定して接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の軸受ユニット(3)。
- 前記内輪(13)と前記外輪(14)との間の接続部が、所定の破壊点を有することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の軸受ユニット(3)。
- 非常時運転用に設計された前記非常時走行軸受(9)の内輪(13)および前記外輪(14)が、前記軸受フレーム(4)に固定して接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項4または5に記載の軸受ユニット(3)。
- 非常時運転用に設計された前記非常時走行軸受(9)の前記内輪(13)が、所定の破壊点を介して前記軸受フレーム(4)に固定して接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の軸受ユニット(3)。
- 前記所定の破壊点が、少なくとも1個のねじ(22)、シヤーピン等によって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項6ないし8のいずれか1項に記載の軸受ユニット(3)。
- 前記ねじ(22)、前記シヤーピン等が、前記支持装置および前記非常時走行軸受(9)の前記外輪(14)を互いに接続していることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の軸受ユニット(3)。
- 前記ねじ(22)、前記シヤーピン等が、前記支持装置および前記軸受フレーム(4)に接続された調心軸受キャップ(18)を互いに接続していることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の軸受ユニット(3)。
- 前記ねじ(22)、前記シヤーピン等が、弾性ブシュ(23)で前記支持装置に取付けられることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の軸受ユニット(3)。
- 前記滑車(1)のハブ(24)が、第2の非常時走行軸受(25)を介して前記軸受フレーム(4)に取付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし12のいずれか1項に記載の軸受ユニット(3)。
- 前記第2の非常時走行軸受(25)の内輪(29)が、遊びを有して前記ハブ(24)に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の軸受ユニット(3)。
- 前記主軸受(8)、前記非常時走行軸受(9)および/または前記第2の非常時走行軸受(25)が、平軸受または減摩軸受とされていることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし14のいずれか1項に記載の軸受ユニット(3)。
