Abstract

应急转子轴承
技术领域
本发明涉及一种索道绳索滑轮的轴承单元,其中绳索滑轮安装在轴上,轴支承在轴承架中的轴承内,其中至少一个第一轴承的内环或外环与轴连接。
按本发明的轴承单元不仅能使用于索道的绳索滑轮,而且也可以应用于其他使用领域的绳索滑轮,同样如用于绳轮、皮带轮、链式滑轮或链轮等。但作为示例下面结合索道的绳索滑轮说明本发明。
背景技术
当在索道中发生绳索滑轮中的轴承损坏时,绳索滑轮无论如何应还能旋转如此长的时间,亦即旋转到将舱室内或座椅上的所有乘客一直输送到停靠站为止,此时乘客可以脱离停靠站。
发明内容
因此本发明要解决的技术问题是,提供一种索道绳索滑轮的轴承单元,它即使在轴承损坏时仍允许绳索滑轮继续旋转。
上述技术问题在前言所述类型的轴承单元中采取下述措施得以解决:所述第一轴承的外环或内环与第二轴承的内环或外环连接,并通过所述第二轴承安装在轴承架内。
若所述第一轴承或主轴承损坏以及不再能旋转,则绳索滑轮可以在更换或修理第一轴承以及也许还有其他也受损的零件之前,通过优选地仅针对应急运行设计并因而适用的第二轴承,继续旋转如此长的时间,直至撤离所有乘客,以及必要时还能动用所有的交通工具并能实施其他可能的维护或修理工作。
按理想的方式,第二轴承沿径向安装在第一轴承外部。也就是说,主轴承如已知的那样安装在绳索滑轮的轴上,并通过沿径向设在外部的应急转子轴承安装在轴承架内。
对于承受扭矩载荷的轴,如绳索滑轮的轴而言,在轴断裂时还必须保证绳索滑轮不偏倾,换句话说,仍能稳定地保持处于或支承在正确的位置上。
为了解决上述问题,按本发明建议,绳索滑轮的轮毂通过第二应急转子轴承安装在轴承架内。
在这种情况下若第二应急转子轴承的内环有间隙地装在轮毂上,则在正常运行时所述第二应急转子轴承处于闲置状态和完全无负载,从而只须将它们设计用于在轴断裂时将绳索滑轮保持其位置并保证绳索滑轮继续旋转,直至撤离所有乘客,以及必要时还能动用所有的交通工具。
优选地,所述应急转子轴承沿轴向与所述主轴承错开地设置。
优选地,主轴承是针对正常运行设计的轴承,而应急转子轴承是为应急运行设计的轴承。
优选地,为应急运行设计的应急转子轴承的内环互相防旋转地连接。
优选地,所述内环与外环之间的连接具有额定断裂点。
优选地,为应急工作设计的应急转子轴承的内环或外环与轴承架防旋转地连接。
优选地,为应急运行设计的应急转子轴承的内环通过额定断裂点与轴承架防旋转地连接。
优选地,额定断裂点由至少一个螺钉、剪切销构成。
优选地,螺钉、剪切销将所述支承装置与应急转子轴承的外环互相连接在一起。

具体实施方式
图1表示索道绳索滑轮1的整个支承和驱动装置,绳索滑轮1通过轴2和两个轴承单元3安装在轴承架4内。轴2通过法兰5、6与两个驱动器7连接,它们或可以是电驱动器,或可以是液压驱动器。当然也可以只存在一个单个的驱动器7。
每个轴承单元3包括一个针对正常工作设计的第一主轴承8和为应急工作设计的第二应急转子轴承9。可以是固定轴承或是滚动轴承的主轴承8按已知的方式有一个固定在轴2上的内环10和一个外环11,一些滚动体12在它们之间旋转。在图示的实施形式中,应急转子轴承9同样是滚动轴承,包括内环13、外环14和滚动体15。
应急转子轴承9的内环13与主轴承8的外环11连接,亦即传输作用在轴承上的径向力。但内环13和外环11应能沿轴向和必要时沿周向移动。应急转子轴承9的外环14与固定在轴承架4支承盘17内的支承环16连接。应急转子轴承9的内环13与主轴承8的外环11的连接可例如是压配合,但同样也可以是滑配合。
在支承环16的侧面用螺钉19固定两个环形盘状的定心轴承盖18,它们用于应急转子轴承9的轴向定心以及也用于其密封。此外在应急转子轴承9的内环13上用螺钉21固定轴承盖20,它们也用于密封轴承8、9。定心轴承盖18和轴承盖20通过相应的至少一个螺钉22与额定断裂点、剪切销等互相连接。
因此应急转子轴承9的内环13与外环14通过定心轴承盖18、轴承盖20和支承环互相防旋转地连接,所以在正常工作时只有两个主轴承8旋转。若由于某种原因主轴承受损或严重破坏,以致它不再旋转,则螺钉22被剪断,由此使应急转子轴承9的内环13与外环14可以彼此相对转动,其进一步的结果是,由应急转子轴承9在轴承架4内承担轴2的支承功能。为保证有控制地或可靠地剪断螺钉22等,它们要通过弹性衬套23安装在轴承盖20内。
轴承盖20的尺寸优选地设计为,使它们能承受各自轴承单元3的全部支承力。这样做的优点是,即使在主轴承8完全损毁或它由于过度磨损导致间隙过大时,轴承单元3也仍能通过轴承盖20和应急转子轴承9保持工作能力。
因此取决于应急转子轴承9的尺寸设计,可以或仅能应急运行用于撤离乘客,或也允许较长时间地运行。
也可以取代应急转子轴承的外环14由支承环16承担其功能,从而简化应急转子轴承9的结构。
在应急转子轴承9的内环13与主轴承8的外环11之间可以设置中间环。在最简单的情况下它可以是一个圆柱形套筒。但中间环也可以取代应急转子轴承9的内环14。此外还可以使用中间环,使应急转子轴承9沿轴向和/或径向相对于主轴承8错开,为此中间环可以有基本上圆柱形或在横截面内大体成Z字形下沉的直径。在后面这种情况下,应急转子轴承9和主轴承8沿轴向基本上或至少部分并列设置,必要时有不同的轴承直径。
在图3中可见另一对应急转子轴承25的详情,它用作绳索滑轮拦截设备,当轴2断裂或产生其他危及绳索滑轮1正确支承的故障时支承绳索滑轮1。
第二应急转子轴承25同样通过支承盘26安装在轴承架4内,在这里,应急转子轴承25的外环27固定在支承盘26上的支承环28内。也可以取代应急转子轴承25的外环27由支承环28承担其功能,其结果是简化应急转子轴承25的结构。应急转子轴承25的内环29通过小的间隙,亦即间隙30,安装在绳索滑轮1的轮彀24上的支承环31旁。
因为应急转子轴承25的内环29并没有贴靠在支承环31上,所以内环29不随绳索滑轮1一起旋转。当然,若例如由于轴2断裂使绳索滑轮1倾斜,则绳索滑轮1通过应急转子轴承25支承,并能在至少一定长度的时间内继续旋转。
本发明不限于滚动轴承,而是也可以使用于滑动轴承。组合滑动轴承与滚动轴承同样是可能的。也有可能将应急转子轴承9设置在主轴承8内部。此外,可以通过与额定断裂点连接使应急转子轴承9的内环13与外环14互相直接连接。

Claims (15)

1.一种索道绳索滑轮(1)的轴承单元(3),其中绳索滑轮(1)安装在轴(2)上,轴(2)支承在轴承架(4)中的轴承(8、9)内,一个主轴承(8)的内环(10)与轴(2)连接,其特征为:所述主轴承(8)的外环(11)与一个应急转子轴承(9)的内环(13)连接,并通过所述应急转子轴承(9)安装在轴承架(4)内,所述应急转子轴承(9)沿径向安装在所述主轴承(8)外部,以及所述应急转子轴承(9)的内环(13)在所述主轴承(8)损坏的情况下,通过至少一个支承装置支承在所述轴(2)上。
2.一种索道绳索滑轮(1)的轴承单元(3),其中绳索滑轮(1)安装在轴(2)上,轴(2)支承在轴承架(4)中的轴承(8、9)内,一个主轴承(8)的内环(10)与轴(2)连接,其特征为:主轴承(8)的外环(11)通过中间环与一个应急转子轴承(9)的内环(13)连接,并通过所述应急转子轴承(9)安装在轴承架(4)内,所述应急转子轴承(9)沿径向安装在所述主轴承(8)外部,以及所述中间环在所述主轴承(8)损坏的情况下,通过至少一个支承装置支承在所述轴(2)上。

5.按照权利要求3所述的轴承单元,其特征为,为应急运行设计的应急转子轴承(9)的内环(13)与外环(14)互相防旋转地连接。
6.按照权利要求5所述的轴承单元,其特征为,所述内环(13)与外环(14)之间的连接具有额定断裂点。
7.按照权利要求4所述的轴承单元,其特征为,为应急工作设计的应急转子轴承(9)的内环(13)或外环(14)与轴承架(4)防旋转地连接。

10.按照权利要求9所述的轴承单元,其特征为,螺钉(22)、剪切销将所述支承装置与应急转子轴承(9)的外环(14)互相连接在一起。
11.按照权利要求9所述的轴承单元,其特征为,螺钉(22)、剪切销将所述支承装置与和轴承架(4)连接的定心轴承盖(18)互相连接在一起。
12.按照权利要求11所述的轴承单元,其特征为,螺钉(22)、剪切销装入支承装置中的弹性衬套内。
13.按照权利要求1或2所述的轴承单元,其特征为,绳索滑轮(1)的轮毂(24)通过第二应急转子轴承(25)安装在轴承架(4)内。
