Description
・膜ウェブを生地ウェブに押圧する工程;

・レーザ溶接方法を用いて、生地ウェブ及び/又は膜ウェブを加熱することにより、連続的及び/又は不連続的に膜ウェブを生地ウェブに接合させる工程であって、レーザ光の膜ウェブ又は生地ウェブへの照射は、膜ウェブ及び/又は生地ウェブがレーザ光を吸収する染料を含むか否かに応じて、膜ウェブが可塑化されるまで行われることを特徴とする工程;

Claims (11)
- 平板状のウェブ材(2a、2b)を互いに重ねて接合した水蒸気透過性及び防水性を有し、更に耐候性及び通気性を有するように加工した少なくとも2層(2a、2b)から成る積層物(1)を製造する方法であって、
表面層(5)を形成する高分子繊維糸(3)から成る目の粗い生地ウェブ(4)と、底面層(5a)を形成するフィルム状の水蒸気透過性及び防水性を有する熱可塑性樹脂の膜ウェブ(6)とを接合する工程、及び加圧しながらレーザ光を生地ウェブ(4)又は膜ウェブ(6)に照射し焦点を結ばせることにより、生地ウェブ(4)と膜ウェブ(6)とを少なくとも局部的に融合させる工程を含み、
生地ウェブ(4)の高分子繊維糸(3)は、膜ウェブ(6)に含まれるように保持され且つ/又は部分的に膜ウェブ(6)と融合した起毛域(7)を含み、
膜ウェブ(6)は4〜100μmの厚さを有すると共に生地ウェブ(4)の起毛域(7)と融合した融合域(8)を含み、融合域(8)は生地ウェブ(4)と膜ウェブ(6)との間に連続的に接合部を形成し、
生地ウェブ(4)の全ての起毛域(7)が膜ウェブ(6)と融合して前記接合部は平面状に形成されることを特徴とする積層物の製造方法。 - 生地ウェブ(4)及び/又は膜ウェブ(6)は、レーザ光(10)を吸収する染料を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の積層物の製造方法。
- 膜ウェブ(6)の水蒸気抵抗値Retは、20m2Pa/Wより小さな値であることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の積層物の製造方法。
- 膜ウェブ(6)及び生地ウェブ(4)を加圧した状態で、両ウェブ(4、6)を冷却する工程を更に有し、
前記融合させる工程においてレーザ光(10)の照射は、膜ウェブ(6)が可塑化されるまで行われることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の積層物の製造方法。 - 膜ウェブ(6)は、支持板(14)と押圧板(15)との間、又は支持ローラ(19)と押圧ローラ(20)の間において、機械的な圧力により生地ウェブ(4)に押圧され、

- 膜ウェブ(6)が生地ウェブ(4)に押圧されるように、補償板(18)が支持板(14)の反対側において膜ウェブ(6)上に配置されるか、又は補償ウェブ(18a)が支持ローラ(19)の反対側において膜ウェブ(6)に連結され、
補償板(18)又は補償ウェブ(18a)は、膜ウェブ(6)よりも大きな曲げ剛性を有し且つレーザ光(10)に対して透明であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の積層物の製造方法。 - 膜ウェブ(6)が生地ウェブ(4)に押圧されるように、補償板(18)が支持板(14)の反対側において膜ウェブ(6)上に配置されるか、又は補償ウェブ(18a)が支持ローラ(19)の反対側において膜ウェブ(6)に連結され、
補償ウェブ(18a)は、膜ウェブ(6)よりも大きな曲げ剛性を有し且つレーザ光(10)に対して透明であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の積層物の製造方法。 - 膜ウェブ(6)が生地ウェブ(4)に押圧された後に、シャドウマスク(11)、回折素子(12)又はレーザスキャナ(13)を用いて、レーザ溶接による融合域(8)の位置決めを行うことを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項10のいずれか1項に記載の積層物の製造方法。
