Description

具有織物紋路效果之複合材料的製造方法
本發明係關於一種複合材料的製造方法,特別係關於一種具有織物紋路效果之複合材料的製造方法。
習知網布或織布材料普遍存在不防水、不防污及不耐磨等問題,而為解決上述問題,習知已有利用防水透濕膜加工於網布或織布背面,惟上述作法僅能達到防水效果,並無法達到防污及耐磨效果。為此,習知另有在網布或織布表面平壓或滾壓貼合一薄膜保護,然而,上述作法雖可改善防水、防污及耐磨等問題,卻因薄膜使用平壓或滾壓方式進行加工,導致加工後之網布或織布表面紋路效果不佳,且易造成表面手感變硬及厚度變薄等影響。
因此,有必要提供一創新且具進步性之具有織物紋路效果之複合材料的製造方法,以解決上述問題。
本發明提供一種具有織物紋路效果之複合材料的製造方法,包括以下步驟:提供一疊層體,該疊層體至少包括一基材層、一接著層及一塗料層,該基材層具有織物紋路結構,該接著層設置於該基材層上,該塗料層設置於該接著層上;預熱該疊層體,以使該塗料層及該接著層軟化;及對該疊層體進行一抽氣步驟,以使該塗料層吸附於該基材層之織物紋路結構,而成型具有織物紋路效果之複合材料。
本發明另提供一種具有織物紋路效果之複合材料的製造方法, 包括以下步驟:提供一疊層體,該疊層體包括一基材層、一接著層及一薄膜層,該基材層具有織物紋路結構,該接著層設置於該基材層上,該薄膜層設置於該接著層上;預熱該疊層體,以使該薄膜層及該接著層軟化;及對該疊層體進行一抽氣步驟,以使該薄膜層吸附於該基材層之織物紋路結構,而成型具有織物紋路效果之複合材料。
本發明以抽氣形成負壓的方式讓塗料層或薄膜層吸附於基材層之織物紋路結構,藉此,可製得織物紋路效果明顯及表面手感柔軟之複合材料。
為了能夠更清楚瞭解本發明的技術手段,而可依照說明書的內容予以實施,並且為了讓本發明所述目的、特徵和優點能夠更明顯易懂,以下特舉較佳實施例,並配合附圖,詳細說明如下。

圖1顯示本發明第一實施例具有織物紋路效果之複合材料的製造方法流程圖。圖2A至2D顯示本發明第一實施例具有織物紋路效果之複合材料的製造方法示意圖。配合參閱圖1之步驟S11及圖2A,提供一疊層體10,該疊層體10至少包括一基材層11、一接著層12及一塗料層13,該基材層11具有織物紋路結構11S,該接著層12設置於該基材層11上,該塗料層13設置於該接著層12上。在本實施例中,該疊層體10另包括一離型紙層14(FAVINI® ASTRAKANTM),該塗料層13係先形成於該離型紙層14上,再設置於該接著層12上。
在此步驟中,該基材層11係為透氣材料,其材質為丁守三層網布。而該接著層12係為熱溶膠(SANFANG 70系列)。
此外,該塗料層13之成膜物質係為單劑型聚氨酯樹脂(U-BEST POLYMER INDUYSTRY CO.,LTD®,AT-508ETM)。而該塗料層13之顏料係為TAH KONG CHEMICAL INDUSTRIAL CORP.41P系列。再者,該塗料層13係可以如下的其中一種方式設置於該接著層12上:噴塗、印刷、轉印、塗佈及懸浮塗佈。
配合參閱圖1之步驟S12、圖2A及圖2B,預熱該疊層體10,以使該塗料層13及該接著層12軟化。在本實施例中,在預熱該疊層體10之前,可另包括一移除該離型紙層14(FAVINI® ASTRAKANTM)之步驟。
在此步驟中,係以一加熱軟化器H預熱該疊層體10,且較佳地,預熱溫度不小於該塗料層13及該接著層12之軟化溫度。
配合參閱圖1之步驟S13、圖2C及圖2D,對該疊層體10進行一抽氣步驟,以使該塗料層13及該接著層12吸附於該基材層11之織物紋路結構11S,而成型具有織物紋路效果之複合材料100。在本實施例中,該抽氣步驟包括以輪具或平板P從該基材層11之下方抽氣形成負壓, 以使該塗料層13及該接著層12緊密吸附於該基材層11之織物紋路結構11S。或者,在另一實施例中,該輪具或平板P可從該塗料層13之上方抽氣形成負壓。
較佳地,該抽氣步驟包括抽氣至真空,以增加該塗料層13及該接著層12與該織物紋路結構11S之間的吸附強度,進而使織物紋路效果更加明顯。
在本實施例中,該輪具或平板P係具有透氣結構P1,且該輪具或平板P之材質係選自鋁及合金。或者,在另一實施例中,該輪具或平板P係可直接以透氣材質陶瓷製成,而省略製作透氣結構。
最後,在步驟S13之後,可對該複合材料100進行一冷卻定型步驟,以完成成品製作。
圖3顯示本發明第二實施例具有織物紋路效果之複合材料的製造方法流程圖。圖4A至4D顯示本發明第二實施例具有織物紋路效果之複合材料的製造方法示意圖。配合參閱圖3之步驟S31及圖4A,提供一疊層體20,該疊層體20包括一基材層21、一接著層22及一薄膜層23,該基材層21具有織物紋路結構21S,該接著層22設置於該基材層21上,該薄膜層23設置於該接著層22上。
在此步驟中,該基材層21係為透氣材料,其材質為丁守三層網布。而該接著層22則為熱溶膠(SANFANG 70系列)。
此外,該薄膜層23之材料係為熱固性或熱塑性材料,如聚氨酯(PU)樹脂、聚碳酸酯(PC)樹脂、聚乙烯(PE)樹脂、聚丙烯(PP)樹脂及聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)樹脂。較佳地,該薄膜層23之材料係為單劑型聚氨酯樹脂(U-BEST POLYMER INDUYSTRY CO.,LTD®,AT-508ETM)。
配合參閱圖3之步驟S32及圖4B,預熱該疊層體20,以使該薄膜層23及該接著層22軟化。在此步驟中,係以一加熱軟化器H預熱該疊 層體20,且較佳地,預熱溫度不小於該薄膜層23及該接著層22之軟化溫度。
配合參閱圖3之步驟S33、圖4C及圖4D,對該疊層體20進行一抽氣步驟,以使該薄膜層23及該接著層22吸附於該基材層21之織物紋路結構21S,而成型具有織物紋路效果之複合材料200。在本實施例中,該抽氣步驟包括以輪具或平板P從該基材層21之下方抽氣形成負壓,以使該薄膜層23及該接著層22緊密吸附於該基材層21之織物紋路結構21S。或者,在另一實施例中,該輪具或平板P可從該薄膜層23之上方抽氣形成負壓。
較佳地,該抽氣步驟包括抽氣至真空,以增加該薄膜層23及該接著層22與該織物紋路結構21S之間的吸附強度,進而使織物紋路效果更加明顯。
在本實施例中,該輪具或平板P之材質係選自鋁及合金。或者,在另一實施例中,該輪具或平板P係可直接以透氣材質陶瓷製成,而省略製作透氣結構。
最後,在步驟S33之後,可對該複合材料200進行一冷卻定型步驟,以完成成品製作。
圖5顯示本發明第二實施例製造方法所製得之複合材料的光學顯微鏡觀察俯視圖。圖6顯示本發明第二實施例製造方法所製得之複合材料的光學顯微鏡觀察側視圖。配合參閱圖5及圖6,其觀察結果顯示本發明所製得之複合材料確實具有明顯之織物紋路效果。
參閱圖7,其係顯示本發明負壓製造(a)與習知平壓製造(b)之複合材料的光學顯微鏡觀察比較圖。如圖7所示,本發明以負壓製造之複合材料的紋路深度約為習知以平壓製造的3.6倍,顯示本發明之製造方法可倍數提升織物紋路效果。
本發明以抽氣形成負壓的方式讓塗料層或薄膜層吸附於基材層之織物紋路結構,藉此,可製得防水、防污、耐磨、織物紋路效果明顯及表面手感柔軟之複合材料。此外,本發明之製造方法對複合材料軟硬度與厚度影響較小,故空氣可於基材層中流動,進而具有側邊透氣性之效果。
再者,本發明所製得之複合材料運用於鞋材,可達到剝離強度2kg/cm以上(參考標準DIN-53357-A、DIN-53273),耐屈曲10萬以上無分離或破裂(參考標準DIN-5335)之高物性要求,且藉由調整塗料層、接著層及基材層之種類,亦可調整所需剝離及耐屈曲強度。
上述實施例僅為說明本發明之原理及其功效,並非限制本發明,因此習於此技術之人士對上述實施例進行修改及變化仍不脫本發明之精神。本發明之權利範圍應如後述之申請專利範圍所列。

Claims (11)

  1. 一種具有織物紋路效果之複合材料的製造方法,包括以下步驟:(a)提供一疊層體,該疊層體至少包括一基材層、一接著層及一塗料層,該基材層具有織物紋路結構,該接著層設置於該基材層上,該塗料層設置於該接著層上;(b)預熱該疊層體,以使該塗料層及該接著層軟化;及(c)對該疊層體進行一抽氣步驟,以使該塗料層及該接著層吸附於該基材層之織物紋路結構,而成型具有織物紋路效果之複合材料。
  2. 如請求項1之製造方法,其中步驟(a)之該基材層係為透氣材料。
  3. 如請求項1之製造方法,其中步驟(a)之該接著層係為熱熔膠。
  4. 如請求項1之製造方法,其中步驟(b)之預熱溫度不小於該塗料層及該接著層之軟化溫度。
  5. 如請求項1之製造方法,其中步驟(c)之該抽氣步驟包括以輪具或平板抽氣形成負壓。
  6. 一種具有織物紋路效果之複合材料的製造方法,包括以下步驟:(a)提供一疊層體,該疊層體包括一基材層、一接著層及一薄膜層,該基材層具有織物紋路結構,該接著層設置於該基材層上,該薄膜層設置於該接著層上;(b)預熱該疊層體,以使該薄膜層及該接著層軟化;及 (c)對該疊層體進行一抽氣步驟,以使該薄膜層及該接著層吸附於該基材層之織物紋路結構,而成型具有織物紋路效果之複合材料。
  7. 如請求項6之製造方法,其中步驟(a)之該基材層係為透氣材料。
  8. 如請求項6之製造方法,其中步驟(a)之該接著層係為熱熔膠。
  9. 如請求項6之製造方法,其中步驟(a)之該薄膜層之材料係為熱固性或熱塑性材料,如聚氨酯(PU)樹脂、聚碳酸酯(PC)樹脂、聚乙烯(PE)樹脂、聚丙烯(PP)樹脂及聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)樹脂。
  10. 如請求項6之製造方法,其中步驟(b)之預熱溫度不小於該薄膜層及該接著層之軟化溫度。
