- 原水をろ過するろ過膜を備えた2以上の前処理膜モジュールと、該前処理膜モジュールにて得られる前処理水をろ過する逆浸透膜を備えた1または2以上の逆浸透膜モジュールからなり、前記原水が前記前処理膜モジュールに供給され、前記原水が前記ろ過膜により前処理水と濃縮水に分離され、得られた前記前処理水が前記逆浸透膜モジュールに供給され、前記前処理水が前記逆浸透膜により透過水と濃縮水に分離される水処理システムにおける膜ろ過方法において、
前記前処理膜モジュールにおける前記前処理水の導出口と前記逆浸透膜モジュールにおける前記前処理水の導入口を直接結合する連通管路が設けられるとともに、該連通管路を流れる前記前処理水の一部を該連通管路から導出する分岐管路が設けられ、前記分岐管路にはバイパス流量計とバイパス流量調整弁とが設けられ、かつ、
前記分岐管路の下流端が、直接前記前処理膜モジュールの前記前処理水の導出口に結合されている前記連通管路に接続され、前記分岐管路を流れる前記前処理水により、前記ろ過膜の逆洗を必要とする前記前処理膜モジュールの前記ろ過膜の逆洗が行われ、前記逆洗に用いられる逆洗水の流量は、前記バイパス流量計が検出したデータに基づき、前記バイパス流量調整弁により調整されることを特徴とする膜ろ過方法。 - 原水貯留槽と、該原水貯留槽から供給される原水をろ過するろ過膜を備えた2以上の前処理膜モジュールと、該前処理膜モジュールにて得られる前処理水をろ過する逆浸透膜を備えた1または2以上の逆浸透膜モジュールからなり、前記原水が前記前処理膜モジュールに供給され、前記原水が前記ろ過膜により前処理水と濃縮水に分離され、得られた前記前処理水が前記逆浸透膜モジュールに供給され、前記前処理水が前記逆浸透膜により透過水と濃縮水に分離される水処理システムにおける膜ろ過装置において、
前記前処理膜モジュールにおける前記前処理水の導出口と前記逆浸透膜モジュールにおける前記前処理水の導入口を直接結合する連通管路が設けられるとともに、該連通管路を流れる前記前処理水の一部を該連通管路から導出する分岐管路が設けられ、前記分岐管路にはバイパス流量計とバイパス流量調整弁とが設けられ、かつ、
前記分岐管路の下流端が、直接前記前処理膜モジュールの前記前処理水の導出口に結合されている前記連通管路に接続され、前記分岐管路を流れる前記前処理水により、前記ろ過膜の逆洗を必要とする前記前処理膜モジュールの前記ろ過膜の逆洗が行われることを特徴とする膜ろ過装置。
