Claims (5)
- 原水を処理して前処理水を製造する複数の系列から構成される前処理装置と、該前処理水を処理して淡水を製造する逆浸透膜装置と、該前処理装置に該原水を供給する原水供給ポンプと、該逆浸透膜装置に該前処理水を供給する高圧ポンプと、一端が原水供給ユニットに接続され他端が該原水供給ポンプに接続された第1の原水供給配管と、一端が該原水供給ポンプに接続され他端が該前処理装置のそれぞれの系列に接続された第2の原水供給配管と、一端が該前処理装置のそれぞれの系列に接続され他端が該高圧ポンプに接続された第1の連結配管と、一端が該高圧ポンプに接続され他端が該逆浸透膜装置に接続された第2の連結配管を備える、淡水製造装置であって、
さらに、該第1の連結配管上に設けられ該高圧ポンプに供給される該前処理水の処理水圧を測定する圧力計と、該第2の原水供給配管上で分岐し該原水を系外に排出するバイパス配管と、該バイパス配管上に設けられ該処理水圧を制御する圧力制御弁とを備える淡水製造装置。 - 前記第2の原水供給配管上に、前記前処理装置のそれぞれの系列に供給される原水流量を測定する流量計と、前記前処理装置のそれぞれの系列に供給される原水流量を制御する流量制御弁とを備える請求項1に記載の淡水製造装置。
- 請求項1または2に記載の淡水製造装置により原水から淡水を製造する淡水の製造方法であって、前記圧力計と前記圧力制御弁を用いて前記処理水圧が一定となるように制御することを含む淡水の製造方法。
- 請求項2に記載の淡水製造装置により原水から淡水を製造する淡水の製造方法であって、該製造方法が前記前処理装置の逆洗工程を含み、前記流量計と前記流量制御弁を用いて該逆洗工程中に前記前処理装置に供給される原水流量が一定となるように制御する淡水の製造方法。
- 前記圧力計と前記圧力制御弁を用いて前記処理水圧が一定となるように制御することを含む請求項4に記載の淡水の製造方法。
