Claims (4)
- スクリュであるロータ本体と、前記ロータ本体の両側から伸びるロータ軸とを有するスクリュロータと、
前記ロータ本体の両側に位置し、前記ロータ軸のラジアル荷重を受けるラジアル軸受と、
前記ロータ軸の一方の軸部に位置するスラスト軸受と、
前記ロータ軸の他方の軸部の端部に固定されるスラストプレートと、
前記スラスト軸受に作用するスラスト荷重を低減するバランス機構と、
を備え、
前記バランス機構が、
前記スラストプレートとの間の潤滑剤を介して前記スラストプレートを押圧するすべり軸受と、
作動流体の圧力により前記すべり軸受を前記スラストプレートに向かって押圧するバランスピストン部と、
を備え、
スラスト荷重の大きさに応じて前記作動流体の圧力を調整することにより、前記バランスピストン部が前記すべり軸受を押圧する力を制御する制御部をさらに備え、
前記潤滑剤が潤滑油であり、
前記スラストプレートと前記すべり軸受との間に前記潤滑油を供給する潤滑油供給流路をさらに備え、
前記制御部は、スラスト荷重の大きさに応じて前記潤滑油供給流路における潤滑油の流量または圧力を制御し、
前記バランスピストン部は、前記すべり軸受を保持しつつ前記作動流体の圧力により当該すべり軸受けを前記スラストプレートに向かって押圧するピストンを有し、
前記ピストンの外周面には、前記潤滑油供給流路から供給された潤滑油を前記スラストプレートと前記すべり軸受との間に導くための空間を形成する溝部が形成されており、
前記溝部は、前記ピストンの周方向の全域にわたって連続的につながる形状を有している、圧縮機。 - 請求項1に記載の圧縮機において、
前記制御部は、少なくとも起動時に前記作動流体の圧力、および、前記潤滑油供給流路の潤滑油の流量または圧力を下げる、圧縮機。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の圧縮機において、
前記すべり軸受は、前記スラストプレートと対向するパッドを有し、
前記パッドは、前記スラストプレートに追随して傾斜可能に構成されている圧縮機。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の圧縮機において、
前記ラジアル軸受は、すべり軸受である圧縮機。
