Description

Claims (18)
- モジュール式骨プレートの部材であって、該部材は、
上平面を画定する上面と、
底平面を画定する底面と、
前記上平面及び底平面と交差する中心軸を有する孔を含む接続部と、を備え、
前記孔の端部の第一の部分には、前記部材の第一の自由端を形成する突起部が設けられ、
前記孔の端部の第二の部分には、前記モジュール式骨プレートの第二の部材の接続部の突起部を収容するように構成される溝が設けられており、
前記突起部及び前記溝は、前記孔から反対側に配置され、
前記溝は、前記孔の端部から一定距離まで前記部材内に延びる凹部によって形成される、モジュール式骨プレートの部材。 - 前記突起部は、少なくとも部分的に円形である、請求項1に記載のモジュール式骨プレートの部材。
- 前記溝は、少なくとも部分的に円形である、請求項1又は2に記載のモジュール式骨プレートの部材。
- 前記突起部は、前記孔の周囲の略半分に亘って延びる、請求項1〜3の何れかに記載のモジュール式骨プレートの部材。
- 前記溝は、前記孔の周囲の略半分に亘って延びる、請求項1〜4の何れかに記載のモジュール式骨プレートの部材。
- 周方向における前記溝の長さは、周方向における前記突起部の長さに略対応している、
請求項1〜5の何れかに記載のモジュール式骨プレートの部材。 - 前記突起部及び溝の配置は、前記底面に垂直な方向における前記底面までの前記突起部の距離が、前記底面までの前記溝の距離よりも短くなるようになっている、請求項1〜6の何れかに記載のモジュール式骨プレートの部材。
- 前記突起部及び溝の配置は、前記上面に垂直な方向における前記上面までの前記突起部の距離が、前記上面までの前記溝の距離よりも短くなるようになっている、請求項1〜6の何れかに記載のモジュール式骨プレートの部材。
- 前記突起部及び溝の配置は、前記底面に垂直な方向における前記上面までの前記突起部の距離が、前記底面までの前記溝の距離よりも長くなるようになっている、請求項1〜6の何れかに記載のモジュール式骨プレートの部材。
- 前記孔は、少なくとも部分的にねじ付きである、請求項1〜9の何れかに記載のモジュール式骨プレートの部材。
- 前記孔は、骨アンカーの球状頭部のための座部を提供する球状に形成された部分を備える、請求項1〜10の何れかに記載のモジュール式骨プレートの部材。
- 前記球状に形成された部分は、ねじ部と前記底面との間に設けられている、請求項11に記載のモジュール式骨プレートの部材。
- 前記部材は、前記上面から前記底面まで延びる少なくとも一つのさらなる孔を備える、
請求項1〜12の何れかに記載のモジュール式骨プレートの部材。 - 前記少なくとも一つのさらなる孔は、少なくとも部分的にねじ付きである及び/又は骨アンカーの球状頭部のための座部を提供する球状に形成された部分を有する、請求項13に記載のモジュール式骨プレートの部材。
- 前記部材は、前記上平面及び底平面と交差する中心軸を有する孔を含むさらなる接続部を備え、前記孔の前記端部の第一の部分には、前記第一の自由端と反対の前記部材の第二の自由端を形成する突起部が設けられ、
前記孔の端部の第二の部分には、前記モジュール式骨プレートの第二の部材の接続部の突起部を収容するように構成される溝が設けられている、請求項1〜14の何れかに記載のモジュール式骨プレートの部材。 - モジュール式骨プレートであって、
少なくとも第一の部材と第二の部材とを備え、各部材は、請求項1〜15の何れかに記載の部材であり、
前記第一の部材は、該第一の部材の前記突起部が、前記第二の部材の前記溝内に挿入されるように、前記第二の部材と結合するように構成されている、モジュール式骨プレート。 - 前記第一の部材及び第二の部材が結合される場合、前記第一の部材の前記底面は、前記第二の部材の前記底面と同一平面である、請求項16に記載のモジュール式骨プレート。
- 前記第一の部材及び第二の部材は、互いに対して角度を有する、請求項16又は17に記載のモジュール式骨プレート。
