Claims (4)
- 3相回転機(11)の各相に流れる電流を検出する電流センサ(41,42)と、
前記3相回転機の回転子の回転角度を検出する回転角度センサ(45)と、
前記電流センサによる前記電流の検出タイミングと前記回転角度センサによる前記回転角度の検出タイミングとを同期させる検出同期部(31A,31B)と、
前記電流センサにより検出された前記電流と前記回転角度センサにより検出された前記回転角度とに基づいて、前記3相回転機に流れる3相電流を回転座標系の2相電流に変換する2相変換部(31A,31B,32,33)と、
前記2相変換部により変換された前記2相電流を、所定の通信規格により送信する送信部(34)と、
前記所定の通信規格により前記送信部と通信を行い、前記送信部により送信された前記2相電流を受信して、前記2相電流に基づいて前記3相回転機の各相に流れる電流を制御する制御部(13)と、
を備えることを特徴とする3相回転機の電流制御システム(10)。 - 前記回転角度センサは、励磁信号、及び互いに位相が90°ずれた検出信号を出力するレゾルバ(45)であり、
前記2相変換部は、前記レゾルバにより出力される前記励磁信号、及び前記検出信号に基づいて前記回転角度を算出するレゾルバデジタル変換部(32)を備える請求項1に記載の3相回転機の電流制御システム。 - 前記送信部は更に、前記回転角度センサにより検出された前記回転角度を、所定の通信規格により前記制御部へ送信する請求項1又は2に記載の3相回転機の電流制御システム。
- 前記検出同期部、前記2相変換部、及び前記送信部は、前記3相回転機の各相に流れる電流を制御するインバータ(12)の筐体(12a)内に収納されており、
前記送信部は、前記筐体の外部に設けられた制御部へ、前記2相電流を送信する請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の3相回転機の電流制御システム。
