Description
Claims (11)
- 機械構造体と、その機械構造体に対して固定的な空間関係で配置された下側の金型固定部と、前記下側金型固定部に対して所定の動作ストロークで直線的に上下移動可能な上側の金型固定部と、前記上側の金型固定部に対して作用しその上側の金型固定部の下方向への動作を推進する閉式の液圧駆動システムとを備えていて、前記液圧駆動システムが少なくとも1体の液圧駆動ユニット(1)を有し、その液圧駆動ユニットがさらに少なくとも1体の液圧シリンダ−ピストンユニット(2)とこの液圧シリンダ−ピストンユニットを付勢するものであって貯蔵タンク(20)からの供給を受ける少なくとも1体の液圧装置(6)を含み、その際前記貯蔵タンクに周囲圧力を超える基礎圧力が常に存在するプレス機械であり、
前記貯蔵タンク(20)をシリンダ(23)とそのシリンダの中に摺動可能に挿入されたピストンユニット(24)によって仕切られた液圧室(21)を有するシリンダストレージ(22)として構成し、その際前記ピストンユニットが機能的に前記液圧室と反対側の面上で圧媒室(25)によって付勢され、その圧媒室が一方で高圧ガスストレージ(26,31,36)と結合されるとともにその圧媒室の前記ピストンユニット上での作用面(27)が前記液圧室(21)の前記ピストンユニット(24)上での作用面(28)に比べて小さくなることを特徴とするプレス機械。 - ピストンユニット(24)上での液圧室(21)の作用面(28)と圧媒室(25)の作用面(27)の比率が50ないし150であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のプレス機械。
- 圧媒室(25)がピストンユニット(24)内に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のプレス機械。
- 圧媒室(25)がそれの内部に進入していてかつ高圧ガスストレージ(26)と結合されている浸漬管(30)の円筒状の外面(29)に対して密閉されることを特徴とする請求項3記載のプレス機械。
- 圧媒室(25)はピストンユニット(24)上に設けられていてそのピストンユニットを延長するものである突出部(32)内に洞室として配置されることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のプレス機械。
- 突出部(32)が液圧室(21)内に突立することを特徴とする請求項5記載のプレス機械。
- 圧媒室(25)が洞室内に気密に挿入される密封ピストン(33)によって仕切られることを特徴とする請求項5または6記載のプレス機械。
- 密封ピストン(33)は前面側で浸漬管(34)上に配置され、その浸漬管が圧媒室(25)を連通するとともにピストンユニット(24)の突出部(32)の円筒状の外面(35)に対して密封されることを特徴とする請求項7記載のプレス機械。
- 高圧ガスストレージ(26)はアキュムレータとして構成され、それの油側が圧媒室(25)と結合されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし8のいずれかに記載のプレス機械。
- 上側金型固定部に液空圧式に構成された戻り行程ばね装置が作用し、その際ばね装置のばねガスストレージが高圧ガスストレージ(31)と同等であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし9のいずれかに記載のプレス機械。
- シリンダストレージ(22)内において液圧室(21)と反対側のピストンユニット(24)の面上に圧媒室(25)を設け、その圧媒室が同時に高圧ガスストレージ(36)の容積を形成することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のプレス機械。
