Claims (5)
- 内燃機関のカムシャフトと、
前記カムシャフトに設けられて、それぞれが互いに異なるバルブリフト特性で前記カムシャフトの回転軸に平行なカム面を有して相互に離間する複数の平カム形状部と、
相互に隣り合う前記平カム形状部の間に一体で設けられて前記カム面を連続的に繋ぐ曲カム面を有する少なくとも一つの移行形状部と、
前記移行形状部を経て前記複数の平カム形状部のいずれかを選択して吸気弁の前記バルブリフト特性を切り替えるカム切替機構と、
前記カムシャフトの回転軸方向において前記カム面および前記曲カム面のうち、いずれの位置が前記吸気弁を駆動しているかを検知するカム位置センサと、
前記カム位置センサの検知結果に基づいて前記カム面が前記吸気弁を駆動している場合における前記内燃機関の平カム部制御量と前記曲カム面が前記吸気弁を駆動している場合における前記内燃機関の移行部制御量とを異ならせる制御部と、を備え、
前記平カム部制御量および前記移行部制御量は、前記内燃機関の燃料噴射量、点火時期、およびサブスロットルバルブ開度の少なくともいずれか1つの制御量であり、
前記移行部制御量は、
前記カムシャフトの回転軸方向において前記吸気弁を駆動している前記曲カム面の位置毎に予め設定される補正係数と、
前記移行形状部を挟んで隣り合う2つの前記平カム形状部のうち、前記バルブリフト特性の大きい高平カム形状部における高平カム部制御量と、前記バルブリフト特性の小さい低平カム形状部における低平カム部制御量と、から算出される内燃機関の制御装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記カムシャフトの回転軸方向における前記曲カム面の位置により移行部制御量を補正する請求項1に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
- 前記移行部制御量は、
前記移行部制御量=前記低平カム部制御量+(前記低平カム部制御量−前記高平カム部制御量)×補正係数
の関係で算出される請求項1または2に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。 - 前記平カム部制御量は、前記内燃機関のスロットルバルブ、回転数、および吸気圧との関係から制御量を決定する3次元マップであり、
前記補正係数は、前記カムシャフトの回転軸方向における前記曲カム面の位置毎に補正用テーブルとして設定されている請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。 - 前記点火時期は、前記内燃機関の回転数とスロットルバルブ開度との関係で前記カムシャフトが前記吸気弁を駆動している位置が前記低平カム形状部から前記高平カム形状部に近づくにつれてリタードされる請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
