Claims (11)
- 車両駆動と回生制動のための電気機械(2)、回生エネルギーを蓄えるための蓄電装置ESS(4)および、前記電気機械(2)とは異なる車両電気補助装置(10〜20)の少なくとも1つを備えるハイブリッド電気車両(30)のエネルギー管理システム(1)であって、
回生エネルギー推定増加量が予測前方下り坂走行(32)中に回生され前記ESS(4)に蓄えられるように、前記予測前方下り坂走行(32)中での回生エネルギー推定増加量の見込みを設定するにあたり、前記ESS(4)の充電レベルを低下させる目的で、前記車両電気補助装置(10〜20)の少なくとも1つに前記ESS(4)から電力を送るためにエネルギー管理コントローラ(9)が設けられており、前記予測前方下り坂走行(32)中の回生制動で発生する回生エネルギー(43)の推定量は、前記下り坂走行(32)中に車両電気補助装置(10〜20)の少なくとも1つに電力を供給することを意図している第1の部分と、前記ESS(4)に蓄えることを意図している第2の部分とに分割することを特徴とし、
そして、前記回生エネルギー(43)の推定量の前記第2の部分が、前記ESS(4)最大許容充電容量までの推定残量(48)を超えるならば、回生エネルギー推定増加量の前記見込みを設定することを特徴とする、エネルギー管理システム(1)。 - 回生エネルギー推定増加量の前記見込みを設定する場合は、前記予測前方下り坂走行(32)の開始地点までの、予測前方移動経路の高さ情報も考慮することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のエネルギー管理システム(1)。
- 前記ESS(4)の最大許容充電容量までの前記推定残量(48)は、前記予測前方下り坂走行(32)の開始地点での前記ESS(4)の推定充電状態SOCを考慮して決めることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のエネルギー管理システム(1)。
- 前記車両電気補助装置(10〜20)の少なくとも1つは、暖房システム(10)、換気システム(11)、空調システム(12)、始動バッテリー(13)、エアコンプレッサー(14)、排気物削減システム(15)、エンジン冷房システム(16)、エンジン給油システム(17)、ステアリングシステム(18)、油圧又は動力エネルギー貯蔵システム(19,20)のいずれかで構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載のエネルギー管理システム(1)。
- 前記車両電気補助装置(10〜20)の少なくとも1つは、低電圧網(6)、特に6〜50VのDC網に接続するか、高電圧網(7)、特に100〜1000VのDC網に接続することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のエネルギー管理システム(1)。
- 前記予測前方下り坂走行(32)は、車両前方移動経路予測システム(8)によって予測され、前記予測システム(8)は、移動経路高さ情報と組み合わせたGPS、又は移動経路高さ情報含みの移動経路認識システム、又はそれらの組み合わせのシステムで構成することができることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載のエネルギー管理システム(1)。
- 前記予測前方下り坂走行(32)の開始地点が前記車両から一定距離内である場合に、前記予測前方下り坂走行(32)を設定しておくことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載のエネルギー管理システム(1)。
- 前記ESS(4)の充電レベルを低下させる目的で、前記ESS(4)から前記車両電気補助装置(10〜20)の少なくとも1つに電気エネルギーを供給するにあたり、前記エネルギー管理コントローラ(9)は、前記車両電気補助装置(10〜20)の少なくとも1つの通常制御を無効にすることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載のエネルギー管理システム(1)。
- 車両駆動と回生制動のための電気機械(2)、回生エネルギーを蓄えるための蓄電装置ESS(4)及び前記電気機械(2)とは異なる車両電気補助装置(10〜20)の少なくとも1つを備えているハイブリッド電気車両(30)の燃料節約方法であって、
予測前方下り坂走行(32)中に、回生エネルギー推定増加量の見込みを設定するステップと、
回生エネルギー推定増加量は前記予測前方下り坂走行(32)中に回生され前記ESS(4)に蓄えられるように、前記ESS(4)の充電レベルを低下させる目的で、前記ESS(4)から前記車両電気補助装置(10〜20)の少なくとも1つに電力を送るステップと、
前記予測前方下り坂走行(32)中の回生制動で発生する回生エネルギー(43)の推定量は、前記下り坂走行(32)中に車両電気補助装置(10〜20)の少なくとも1つに電力を供給することを意図している第1の部分と、前記ESS(4)に蓄えることを意図している第2の部分とに分割する追加のステップと、
前記回生エネルギー(43)の推定量の前記第2の部分が、前記ESS(4)最大許容充電容量までの推定残量(48)を超えるならば、回生エネルギー推定増加量の前記見込みを設定する追加のステップと、を有することを特徴とする、燃料節約方法。 - 前記ESS(4)の最大許容充電容量までの前記推定残量(48)は、前記予測前方下り坂走行(32)の開始地点での前記ESS(4)の推定充電状態SOCを考慮して決める追加ステップを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の燃料節約方法。
- 前記ESS(4)の充電レベルを低下させる目的で、前記ESS(4)から電気エネルギーを前記車両電気補助装置(10〜20)の少なくとも1つに供給するにあたり、前記エネルギー管理コントローラ(9)は、前記車両電気補助装置(10〜20)の少なくとも1つの通常制御を無効にすることができる追加ステップを特徴とする、請求項9または10に記載の燃料節約方法。
