Description
ゴム混合物の製造方法であって、補強充填剤を架橋可能な不飽和鎖ポリマー基材と混合する工程を含み、前記混合する工程を水相中で行い、そして前記補強充填剤が220m2/g超の比表面積および0.1μm未満の粒子サイズを有することを特徴とする方法が提供される。
(R1CONR2CHR3COO−)nXn+ (I)
(式中のR1はC4〜C20の脂肪族基、R2はH又はC1〜C8の脂肪族基、R3はH又はC1〜C8の脂肪族基もしくは芳香族基、Xは金属カチオン、好ましくはアルカリ性カチオン、nは1〜3の整数である)の界面活性剤とを含むことが好ましい。
−混合工程:全ての成分を水に同時に分散させた、そして得られた水溶液をまず機械的にかき混ぜ、その後超音波処理を施し水性エマルジョンを形成した。表Iに示すように、天然ゴムはラテックスの形態で添加し、シリカは水性分散液の形態で添加した。
−沈殿工程:水性エマルジョンを60分間、水中に明らかに区別できるゴム混合物が形成されるまで沈殿させた。
−分離工程:ゴム混合物を濾過により分離し、場合によりその後乾燥した。
得られた混合物について、ASTM Standard D5289により、温度160℃で流動性試験を実施し、そして、ASTM Standard D5279により、温度25℃、周波数50Hzで動的物理的試験を実施した。
Claims (5)
- ゴム混合物の製造方法であって、
シリカを架橋可能な不飽和鎖ポリマー基材と混合する工程を含み、
前記混合する工程を水相中で行い、そして、前記シリカが220m2/g超の比表面積および0.1μm未満の粒子サイズを有し、水相が、加硫剤と、下記の分子式(I):
(R 1 CONR 2 CHR 3 COO − )nX n+ (I)
(式中のR 1 はC 4 〜C 20 の脂肪族基、R 2 はH又はC 1 〜C 8 の脂肪族基、R 3 はH又はC 1 〜C 8 の脂肪族基もしくは芳香族基、Xは金属カチオン、nは1〜3の整数である)の界面活性剤とを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記混合する工程が、シリカの水性懸濁液を、前記架橋可能な不飽和鎖ポリマー基材のラテックスに添加する工程を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のゴム混合物の製造方法。
- 前記脂肪族基R1が二重結合を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のゴム混合物の製造方法。
- 前記分子式(I)の界面活性剤が、
化合物 CH3(CH2)7CHCH(CH2)7CONHCH2COO−X+
又は
化合物 CH2CH(CH2)8CONHCH2COO−X+
であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のゴム混合物の製造方法。 - 前記金属カチオンX+がNa+であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のゴム混合物の製造方法。
