Claims (4)
- 太陽光発電パネルの上端及び下端に沿ってそれぞれ設けられる上下一対の固定ガイドレールと、前記上下一対の固定ガイドレール上に載架するようにして水平方向に移動可能に設けられる左右一対の移動ガイドレールを備えた移動フレームと、前記左右一対の移動ガイドレールに該移動ガイドレールの軸方向に沿って上下方向に移動可能に設けられる清掃体とからなり、前記清掃体の上下方向移動と該清掃体を備えた前記移動フレームの水平方向移動によってパネル全面の洗浄を可能とする太陽光発電パネルの洗浄装置であって、
前記移動フレームの一方の移動ガイドレールに所定間隔をあけて複数設けられる駆動側磁気部材と該駆動側磁気部材と所定間隔をあけて対向するように前記清掃体に設けられる従動側磁気部材とからなり、前記一方の移動ガイドレールの回転運動を前記清掃体の上下方向の往復運動へ伝達する第1の非接触動力伝達機構を備えることを特徴とする太陽光発電パネルの洗浄装置。 - 前記上下一対の固定ガイドレールの一方の固定ガイドレールに沿って設けられた軸状部材に所定間隔をあけて複数設けられる駆動側磁気部材と、前記移動フレームの左右一対の移動ガイドレールのそれぞれの一端を連結するフレームに設けられ前記軸状部材の駆動側磁気部材と所定の間隔をあけて対向位置する従動側磁気部材とからなり、前記軸状部材の回転運動を前記移動フレームの水平方向の往復運動へ伝達する第2の非接触動力伝達機構を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の太陽光発電パネルの洗浄装置。
- 前記第1の非接触動力伝達機構の駆動側磁気部材が設けられた一方の移動ガイドレールは、前記駆動側磁気部材が設けられている部分の外径と前記駆動側磁気部材が設けられていない部分の外径とが等しく、その外周面が平坦に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2のいずれかに記載の太陽光発電パネルの洗浄装置。
- 前記上下一対の固定ガイドレールの一方の固定ガイドレールの上方には該固定ガイドレールに沿って給水管が設けられ、前記給水管には所定間隔をあけて複数の給水バルブが設けられ、前記清掃体には該清掃体に設けられた給水タンクに連通する給水口が設けられ、前記給水口は前記清掃体が前記給水管近傍まで移動した状態で前記給水バルブと接続可能な位置に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の太陽光発電パネルの洗浄装置。
