Description
Claims (8)
- ガラス繊維フィラメントにより形成された繊維束を製織することにより得られたガラス繊維織物のガラス繊維表面からサイズ剤を除去するための洗浄方法であって、
該ガラス繊維織物を、澱粉分解酵素と、HLB値12.0〜15.5のHLB値の異なる2種以上の非イオン界面活性剤を含む洗浄液に浸漬する第1洗浄処理と、洗浄流体による第2洗浄処理との少なくとも2つの工程で処理することを特徴とするガラス繊維織物の洗浄方法。 - 請求項1記載のガラス繊維織物の洗浄方法において、前記洗浄液にさらに陰イオン界面活性剤を添加することを特徴とするガラス繊維織物の洗浄方法。
- 請求項2記載のガラス繊維織物の洗浄方法において、前記陰イオン界面活性剤がスルホン酸型、硫酸エステル型であることを特徴とするガラス繊維織物の洗浄方法。
- 請求項1乃至3いずれか1項記載のガラス繊維織物の洗浄方法において、前記2種以上の非イオン界面活性剤はHLB値の異なるポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテルであることを特徴とするガラス繊維の洗浄方法。
- 請求項1乃至4いずれか1項記載のガラス繊維織物の洗浄方法において、前記澱粉分解酵素はアミラーゼであることを特徴とするガラス繊維織物の洗浄方法。
- 請求項1乃至5いずれか1項記載のガラス繊維織物の洗浄方法において、前記HLB値12.0〜15.5のHLB値の異なる2種以上の非イオン界面活性剤は、各々0.01%〜5.0%の範囲で含むことを特徴とするガラス繊維織物の洗浄方法。
- 請求項2乃至6いずれか1項記載のガラス繊維織物の洗浄方法において、前記陰イオン界面活性剤を0.01%〜5.0%の範囲で含むことを特徴とするガラス繊維織物の洗浄方法。
- 請求項1乃至7いずれか1項記載のガラス繊維織物の洗浄方法において、洗浄液のpHは、pH3.0〜pH8.0に調整することを特徴とするガラス繊維織物の洗浄方法。
