Description

Claims (18)
- ヘッドセット装置であって、
対象の頭部の側部上の対象の耳に隣接するこめかみ領域に適合するように形状形成された部分を含むリテーナと、
第1の電極であって、前記リテーナが前記対象の前記頭部上に向けられた際に、前記第1の電極が前記対象のMCAの前に配置され、側脳室の前角に略対向するように、第1の位置で前記部分に接続されている第1の電極と、
第2の電極であって、前記リテーナが前記対象の前記頭部上に向けられた際に、前記第2の電極が前記対象の前記耳の上で前記MCAの後ろに配置され、前記側脳室の後角に略対向するように、第2の位置で前記部分に接続されている第2の電極と、
少なくとも1つの電気伝導体であって、前記第1の電極が前記第1の位置にあり、前記第2の電極が、前記第2の位置にある時、前記リテーナ、前記第1の電極、および前記第2の電極が、前記側脳室を介して前記MCAの1つの側部上の前記第1および第2の電極の1つから、前記第1の側部と反対の前記MCAの第2の側部上の別の前記第1および第2の電極まで電流が流れることのできるように協同する回路を介して前記第1の電極および前記第2の電極が接続されるように、前記回路と前記第1および第2の電極を接続することを可能とする、少なくとも1つの電気伝導体と、
を含む、ヘッドセット装置。 - 前記リテーナが、前記第1の電極と前記第2の電極との間に70mm〜100mmの間隔を維持する、請求項1に記載のヘッドセット装置。
- 前記リテーナが、感度マップに従って、前記第1および第2の電極を配置する、請求項1に記載のヘッドセット装置。
- 前記リテーナが、額上に露出している皮膚に貼付されるように前記第1の電極を配置し、耳の上の露出している皮膚に貼付されるように前記第2の電極を配置する、請求項1に記載のヘッドセット装置。
- 前記第1および第2の電極が直接外部血管または筋肉領域の真上に配置されないように、前記リテーナが前記第1および第2の電極を配置する、請求項1に記載のヘッドセット装置。
- 電流が前記側脳室を介して、前記第1の電極から前記第2の電極を通るように前記第1および第2の電極の向きが設定される、請求項1に記載のヘッドセット装置。
- 前記リテーナが、前記対象の前記頭部の反対側の側部上の前記対象の別の耳に隣接する別のこめかみ領域に適合するように形状形成された別の部分を含み、
前記リテーナは、前記リテーナが、前記対象の前記頭部上に向けられた際に、第3の電極が前記第1の電極の反対側に配置されるように、第3の位置の前記別の部分に接続した前記第3の電極をさらに含み、
前記リテーナは、前記リテーナが、前記対象の前記頭部上に向けられた際に、第4の電極が、前記第2の電極の反対側に配置されるように、第4の位置の前記別の部分に接続した前記第4の電極をさらに含み、
少なくとも1つの別の電気伝導体が、前記第3の電極および前記第4の電極が別の回路中に接続されることを可能にし、前記別の回路が、別の側脳室を介して前記第3の電極と前記第4の電極の間を別の電流が流れることを可能にする、
請求項1に記載のヘッドセット装置。 - 前記第1および第2の電極の1つから別の前記第1および第2の電極に流れる前記電流からの少なくとも1つの生体インピーダンス信号を測定するように構成される少なくとも1つのプロセッサをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のヘッドセット装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つのプロセッサが、前記第1および第2の電極が、前記少なくとも1つの生体インピーダンス信号に基づき配置される前記対象の前記頭部の側部上のMCA領域に関連する血液動態状態を予測する情報を出力するようさらに構成される、請求項8に記載のヘッドセット装置。
- 前記第1および第2の電極に関連した前記電流からの少なくとも1つの生体インピーダンス信号および前記第3および第4の電極に関連した前記別の電流からの別の少なくとも1つの生体インピーダンス信号を測定するよう構成される少なくとも1つのプロセッサをさらに含む、請求項7に記載のヘッドセット装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つのプロセッサが、前記第1および第2の電極が前記少なくとも1つの生体インピーダンス信号に基づき配置される前記対象の前記頭部の前記側部に関連したMCA領域の血液動態状態を予測し、前記第3および第4の電極が前記少なくとも1つの別の生体インピーダンス信号に基づき配置される前記対象の前記頭部の前記反対側の側部上の別のMCA領域に関連する別の血液動態状態を予測する情報を出力するようさらに構成される、請求項10に記載のヘッドセット装置。
- MCA領域に関連する血液動態状態を予測する脳血液動態測定装置の作動方法であって、
対象の頭部にリテーナを配置すること、ただし、前記リテーナは、対象の頭部の側部上の対象の耳に隣接するこめかみ領域に適合するように形状形成された部分を含む、
第1の位置で前記部分に第1の電極を接続することであって、前記第1の電極が、前記対象のMCAの前に配置され、側脳室の前角に略対向するように前記第1の電極を接続することと、
第2の位置で前記部分に第2の電極を接続することであって、前記第2の電極が、前記対象の前記耳の上で前記MCAの後ろに配置され、前記側脳室の後角に略対向するように前記第2の電極を接続することと、
前記第1の電極と前記第2の電極との間に流れる電流を流すことと、
前記流れる電流から得られる生体インピーダンス信号を測定することと、
前記生体インピーダンス信号に基づき前記頭部の前記側部上の前記MCA領域に関連する血液動態状態を予測する情報を出力することと、
を含む、方法。 - 駆動の間、前記リテーナが、前記第1の電極と前記第2の電極との間で70mm〜100mmの間隔を維持する、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記リテーナが、感度マップに基づいて、前記第1および第2の電極を配置することを維持する、請求項12に記載の方法。

第3の電極が、前記第1の電極と反対の側に配置されるように、第3の位置で前記別の部分に前記第3の電極を接続することと、第4の電極が、前記第2の電極と反対側に配置されるように、第4の位置で前記別の部分に前記第4の電極を接続することと、前記第3の電極および前記第4の電極の間に別の流れる電流を流すことと、駆動する前記別の電流から得られる別の生体インピーダンス信号を測定することと、前記別の生体インピーダンス信号に基づき前記頭部の前記別の側部の別のMCA領域に関連する別の血液動態状態を予測する別の情報を出力することと、
をさらに含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
