Claims (9)
- 一対の繊維強化樹脂板の間に中間層を配設した積層板の外形端面の少なくとも一部に熱可塑性樹脂を接合した筐体用部材であって、
前記熱可塑性樹脂が前記積層板の表面まで延在し、該積層板の表面に延在した熱可塑性樹脂に雌ねじ部が設けられていることを特徴とする筐体用部材。 - 請求項1記載の筐体用部材において、
前記雌ねじ部は、インサート成形により前記熱可塑性樹脂と一体化されたナットであることを特徴とする筐体用部材。 - 請求項2記載の筐体用部材において、
前記積層板は、一方の繊維強化樹脂板の表面を板厚方向に掘り下げた凹部を有し、
前記ナットは、その軸方向一端側が前記凹部内に配設されていることを特徴とする筐体用部材。 - 請求項3記載の筐体用部材において、
前記ナットは、その外周面の軸方向一部分から外径方向に突出したフランジ部を有し、該フランジ部は、その裏面が前記一方の繊維強化樹脂板の表面に当接配置されると共に、その表面の少なくとも一部が前記熱可塑性樹脂によって覆われていることを特徴とする筐体用部材。 - 請求項4記載の筐体用部材において、
前記フランジ部の外周端面には、凹凸形状が設けられていることを特徴とする筐体用部材。 - 請求項2記載の筐体用部材において、
前記積層板は、一方の繊維強化樹脂板の表面を板厚方向に掘り下げた凹部を有し、
前記ナットは、少なくともその軸方向一端側が前記凹部内に充填された前記熱可塑性樹脂によって覆われていることを特徴とする筐体用部材。 - 請求項2記載の筐体用部材において、
前記積層板は、前記一対の繊維強化樹脂板及び前記中間層を板厚方向に貫通した貫通孔を有し、
前記ナットは、少なくともその軸方向一端側が前記貫通孔内に充填された前記熱可塑性樹脂によって覆われていることを特徴とする筐体用部材。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の筐体用部材を用いた筐体を備えることを特徴とする電子機器。
- 請求項8記載の電子機器において、
前記筐体とヒンジを介して開閉可能に連結された他の筐体を備え、
前記筐体を構成する前記筐体用部材の雌ねじ部に対し、前記ヒンジがねじ止め固定されていることを特徴とする電子機器。
