Description
図3は、第1変形例および第2変形例を説明するための説明図であって、図2(b)に対応する位置の断面図である。図3(a)に示すように、第1変形例における間在部27に設けられた導油部27aは、上述したようなテーパではなく、貫通孔10bから流出する潤滑油の流路に位置する曲面である。ここでは、特に、軸受11に対して近接する方向、すなわち凸方向に突出している。
図3(b)に示すように、第2変形例における間在部37に設けられた導油部37aは、貫通孔10bから流出する潤滑油の流路に位置する曲面であって、軸受11から離隔する方向、すなわち凹方向の窪みある。
図4は、第3変形例を説明するための説明図である。特に、図4(a)は、図2(a)に対応する位置の断面図であり、図4(b)は、図4(a)中、左上の軸受11近傍の部分拡大図を示す。

Claims (3)
- 一端側にタービンハウジングが固定され、他端側にコンプレッサハウジングが固定されたベアリングハウジングと、
前記タービンハウジング内に収容されるタービンインペラが一端に設けられ、前記コンプレッサハウジング内に収容されるコンプレッサインペラが他端に設けられたタービン軸と、
前記ベアリングハウジングの内部に配され、互いに離間して前記タービン軸を回転自在に軸支する2つの軸受と、
前記ベアリングハウジングの内部に配され、前記2つの軸受を保持するとともに、前記ベアリングハウジングとの間に油膜を形成して前記タービン軸の振動を抑制するオイルフィルムダンパと、
前記2つの軸受の間に配され、該2つの軸受の間隔を維持する間在部と、
前記オイルフィルムダンパの外部から前記軸受近傍まで貫通し、潤滑油が内部を流通する貫通孔と、
を備え、
前記間在部には、前記2つの軸受それぞれの近傍に設けられ、前記貫通孔と該軸受との双方に臨み、該貫通孔から流出する前記潤滑油の流路に位置するテーパ面であって、該貫通孔から供給された潤滑油を該軸受に導く2つの導油部を備えていることを特徴とする過給機。 - 前記間在部は、金属の円筒体で構成される間座であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の過給機。
- 前記間在部は、前記タービン軸の軸方向に圧縮されたスプリングおよび該スプリングを該軸方向の外側から挟むスプリング受けで構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の過給機。
