Description
シミュレーションソフトとしては、STAR−CD(登録商標)Version3.26を用いた。シミュレーション条件は次のとおりである。
(1)燃焼条件
燃焼計算に使用した石炭の性状を以下の一般炭の条件に設定した。
空気比:1.17
石炭全水分[到着ベース質量%]:9質量%
石炭工業分析[気乾ベース質量%]:水分3質量%、灰分13質量%、揮発分34質量%、固定炭素50質量%、
石炭元素分析[無水無灰ベース質量%]:炭素83質量%、水素5質量%、酸素9質量%、窒素2質量%、硫黄1質量%、
(2)計算モデル
燃焼、伝熱、流体計算は、以下の計算モデルを使用した。
二相流モデル:ラグラジアン二層流モデル
乱流モデル:k-εモデル
揮発分放出モデル:総括一次反応モデル
ガス燃焼モデル:Eddy−breakupモデル
チャー燃焼モデル:shrinking core一次反応モデル
輻射伝熱モデル:Discrete transfer法
(3)境界条件
境界条件として以下の条件を設定した。
ボイラ出口目標酸素濃度:3容量%
ボイラ出口目標温度:370℃
図3(a)に示すように、ノーズ部の上部に吹き込んだ場合、ガス流れに乱れが少なく、粒子は吹込み口からガス流れ方向にストレートに流れる。そのため、粒子温度にバラツキは生じず、分散状態が良好ではない。
また、図3(b)に示すように、ノーズ部に吹き込んだ場合、ノーズ部でのガス流れに乱れがあるため、粒子も前後左右に激しく乱れ全体に分散している。そのため、粒子温度にはノーズ部出口で幅広い分布が生じている。乱れにより粒子の滞留時間が長くなっている。
以上の結果から、生成反応と分解反応から、脱硫反応は1050℃から1150℃の温度域が好ましいと評価した。
実施例1においては、炉内のSO2+SO3のSOx濃度が200ppmであり、Ca/Sのモル比が0.93になるようにセメント工場ダストを炉内に吹き込んだ。その結果、SO3濃度は0.05ppm未満となった。
(実施例2)
実施例2においては、炉内のSOx濃度が180ppmであり、炉内に吹き込んだセメント工場ダストのCa/Sのモル比が2.06であったときは、SO3濃度は実施例1と同様に0.05ppm未満となった。
(実施例3)
実施例3においては、炉内のSOx濃度が150ppmであり、炉内に吹き込んだセメント工場ダストのCa/Sのモル比が2.92であったときは、SO3濃度は実施例1および2と同様に0.05ppm未満となった。
尚、実施例1,2および3において、セメント工場ダストを吹き込まない場合においては、炉内のSOx濃度は、それぞれ脱硫前の濃度と同じであった。

Claims (1)
- 硫黄成分を含む燃料を燃焼炉内で燃焼させて燃焼ガスを排ガスとして前記燃焼炉から排出する排ガスの処理方法であって、 前記燃焼炉は、炉内上方に炉内空間を狭くする上方ノーズ部を有し、
前記排ガスを排出する燃焼炉内の上方ノーズ部近傍に、前記燃焼炉内の前記上方ノーズ部に対向する面に設けられた脱硫剤吹込手段によって前記上方ノーズ部近傍に向けて脱硫剤を注入し、
前記脱硫剤は、前記燃焼炉内に設けられた過熱器に向けて注入され、
前記過熱器は、前記上方ノーズ部と重複する位置に延在し、
前記上方ノーズ部は三角形状の断面を有し、一辺が前記燃焼炉の壁面に沿って設けられ、3点の頂点のうち上方及び中央の頂点の垂直方向位置は、前記過熱器と重複する位置に設けられ、
前記上方ノーズ部近傍は、ノーズ部の三角形の底辺がもたらす高さ方向の範囲であって、
前記脱硫剤は前記上方ノーズ部近傍に対し複数の位置に供給され、一方は前記上方ノーズ部における上方及び中央の頂点からなる上方の一辺に供給されるとともに、他方は前記上方ノーズ部における中央及び下方の頂点からなる下方の一辺であって、かつ前記過熱器と重複しない位置に対して供給されること
を特徴とする排ガスの処理方法。
