Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de désulfuration et de dépoussiérage par voie humide de gaz de carneau calciné comprenant : la défluoration du gaz de carneau comprimé avec un alcali et un refroidissement à moins de 80°C, l'introduction du gaz de carneau dans une tour pour la désulfuration et l'absorption (9), la rotation dans un bassin de suspension épaisse (14) par des cyclones dans des conduites de jet de la tour, la floculation du gaz de carneau dans la suspension et le mélange du gaz avec la suspension pour compléter le procédé de désulfuration et de dépoussiérage, la séparation de l'eau du gaz de carneau et le réchauffement par la fumée d'échappement, et la décharge du gaz de carneau épuré depuis une cheminée (1).
