本发明所述的一级除尘器可以是高效低阻的下排气旋风分离器,也可以是百叶
窗式分离器,分离效率要皿到90-98 %。
本发明二级除尘器可以是静电除尘器或布袋除尘器,其分离下的脱硫灰回送至 反应塔内,也可以不回送。
本发明的烟气从文丘里管流化的脱硫反应塔底部iSA,在塔内与流^^七的脱硫 剂和循环灰接触并发生反应,脱硫副产物与烟气一^SA与脱硫反应i荅连接的除尘 器中,该除尘器分离下的大部分循环灰经增湿活化器送至塔内,其余的脱硫^I往 灰仓,经该除尘器后的烟气可SA二级除尘器后排放,也可以直接由烟闺排放,具 体工艺方法为:
a. 烟气从底部送入以钙基脱硫剂与飞灰混合物为床料的循环流化床脱硫反应 塔中,适合的烟气温芰为120-180 。C,含硫量100-10000 mg/m3,
b. 流经反应塔的烟气ilOT^斗中水分蒸发而降温,加Ai荅内的水量控制在使塔 出口的烟气^^处于60-110 'C,
c. 反应塔底部的^W寻到充分流化混合,并与烟气发生脱硫L反应,生成的亚硫 ,及少量硫^f丐混合在飞灰中,随后^f斗向上流动排出,反应塔^^斗浓度控制在 300-3000 g/Nm3,
d. 钙基脱硫剂消化后以粉状直接喷入反应塔中,脱硫剂的加入量控制在Ca/S 摩尔比1.1-2,
e. 与脱硫反应塔上部相连的一级除尘器将分离下来的f盾环灰经增湿活化回送 至塔内。
本发明中循环灰增湿活化器采用机M拌或流化混合,喷7域蒸汽增湿活化,
出口的循环灰^MS3Z在3-15%内。
本发明中脱硫反应塔为采用文腿管流化的竖直塔体,塔内的^f斗主要是消石 灰粉,其它成^^括飞灰、杂质和7K分等。较高的颗粒浓度可增强气固间的传热和
传质。水分主要^iliWt盾环鄉行增湿活化而加入的,因此塔内的水分绝大部分 以^^斗表面的水膜形式存在,而不是以雾滴的形式存在,因此可保证脱硫反应以离 子的方式发生。反,的^f斗被带出脱硫反应塔的顶部,并在与脱硫反应塔上部相 连的一级除尘器中分离下来。这部分脱硫灰中JM有一定量的未反应脱硫剂,因此, 大部分将回送至塔内,以增大脱硫效率和脱硫剂的利用率。烟气中残余的脱硫灰可 通过下游的静电除尘器赫袋除尘器分离下来。
本发明与其它半干法工艺比较,其优点在于:

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述:
如附图所示,本发明包括石灰制备与供应系统、烟气进口结构(5)、循环流化 床脱硫反应塔(6)、 一级除尘器(7)、 二级除尘器(8)、回料分配槽(8)禾口循环灰 增湿活化器(12)。其中,石灰制备与供应系统包括主粉仓(1)和消化器(3)。烟 气进口结构(5)、循环流^^脱硫反应塔(6)、 一级除尘器(7)、 二级除尘器(8) 首尾相接,石灰制备与供应系统擞盾环流化床脱硫反应塔(6)下部文丘里流化喉管, 回料分配槽(9)上離一级除尘器(7)灰斗,下i^酵斗管(10)和循环灰增湿 活化器(12),增湿活化后的循环^A循环流^^脱硫反应塔(6)下部文丘里管 出口处。
下面给出本发明的两个最佳实施例。 实施例1
某电站锅炉排放烟气12万NmV小时,烟气温度145 °C,含硫量3770 mg/ Nm3, 脱硫體采用单塔结构,配单个旋风分离器,脱硫塔直径3,5m,旋风分离器直径4 m,旋风分离器设计两^^落灰口,分离效率为92 %。增湿活化器采用机械搅拌,喷 水增湿,增湿水消耗量4.2 T/h。 二级除尘器采用四电场静电除尘器,前两个电场
的脱硫灰部分回送至脱硫塔,后两个电场的脱硫^i:^iij,。采用消石灰粉作
为脱硫剂,细度150-300目,采用的Ca/S摩尔比为1. 3。
热烟气经烟气进口结构(5) iSA循环流iW脱硫反应塔(6),与由消石灰粉 入口 (4)喷入脱硫塔(6)的消石灰粉,以及由循环^A口 (13) ^A脱硫塔(6) 的循环灰发生强烈的混合、传热、传质和化学反应,烟气中的S02与脱硫剂Ca(0H)2 反应,生成亚硫,和硫^l丐,并与^I4混合。固体^M表面的水膜被千燥蒸发, 同时烟气溫变下降至约75。Co到脱硫塔(6)出口, ^^斗已基本被完^B喿而成干 态,随后m旋风分离器(7)。正常运行时,旋风分离器(7)分离的循环灰大约有 50 T/h,全部经循环灰增湿活化器(12)破碎、喷水增湿后回送至脱硫塔。SA二 级除尘器(8)的固体颗粒4膽有未完全反应的脱硫剂,因此,为了提高脱硫齐诉佣 率,同时为了保i迎兑硫塔(6)内较高的颗粒浓度,将前两个电场的脱硫灰部分回送 至脱硫塔(6)。为使最后排放的烟气粉尘浓度排放达标,后两个电场的脱硫M接 送到鹏。
实施例2
某电站锅炉排放烟气21万Nm3/小时,烟气》鹏145'C,含硫量3500 mg/Nm3, 脱硫體采用双塔结构,酉讽旋风分离器,脱硫塔直径3.2m,旋风分离器直径3.6 m,旋风分离器设计两个落灰口,分离效率为95 %。增湿活化器采用机械搅拌,蒸 汽增湿,增湿7K消耗量7.2 T/h。 二级除尘器采用四电场静电除尘器,其脱硫灰直 接送到»。采用消石灰粉作为脱硫剂,细度150-300目,采用的Ca/S摩尔比为 1.3。
正常运行时,旋风分离器(6)分离的循环灰大约有80 T/h, ^P经循环灰增 湿活化器(12)破碎、喷水增湿后回送至脱硫塔(6)。
Claims (7)
1、一种循环流化床烟气脱硫工艺,其特征在于: a.烟气从底部送入以钙基脱硫剂与飞灰混合物为床料的循环流化床脱硫反应塔(6)中,适合的烟气温度为120-180℃,含硫量100-10000mg/m3, b.流经反应塔(6)的烟气通过床料中水分蒸发而降温,加入塔内的水量控制在使塔出口的烟气温度处于60-110℃, c.反应塔(6)底部的床料得到充分流化混合,并与烟气发生脱硫反应,生成的亚硫酸钙及少量硫酸钙混合在飞灰中,随后床料向上流动排出,反应塔(6)床料浓度控制在300-3000g/Nm3, d.钙基脱硫剂消化后以粉状直接喷入反应塔(6)中,脱硫剂的加入量控制在Ca/S摩尔比1.1-2, e.与脱硫反应塔(6)上部相连的一级除尘器(7)将分离下来的循环灰经增湿活化回送至塔内。
2、 按照权利要求1戶脱的循环流^^烟气脱硫工艺,^ft征在于循环灰增湿 活化器(9)采用柳«拌或流化混合,喷水或蒸汽增湿活^[七,出口的f盾环灰^t显量 在3-15%内。
3、 根据权利要求1戶,的一种循环流^^烟气脱硫工艺,^#征在于,主 要包括石灰制备与供应系统、烟气进口结构(5)、循环流舰脱硫反应塔(6)、 一 级除尘器(7)、 二级除尘器(8)、回料分配槽(9)和循环灰增湿活化器(12),其 中,石灰制备与供应系统包括主粉仓(1)和消化器(3),烟气进口结构(5)、循环 流tt^脱硫反应塔(6)、 一级除尘器(7)、 二级除尘器(8)首尾相接,石灰制备与 供应系统St盾环流iW脱硫反应塔(6)下部文SS流化喉管,回料分配槽(9)上 M—级除尘器(7)灰斗,下Mf料管(10)和循环灰增湿活化器(12),增湿 活化后的循环^A循环流tt^脱硫反应塔(6)下部文丘里管出口处。
4、 按照权利要求3戶,的一种循环流^w烟气脱硫,,其特征在于戶;M的一级除尘器(7)是高效低阻的下排气旋风分离器。
5、 按照权利要求3臓的一种循环流舰烟气脱硫體,辦征在于臓的 一级除尘器(7)是百叶窗式分离器。
6、 按照权利要求3所述的一种循环流iw烟气脱硫装置,其特征在于戶;M的二级除尘器(8)是静电除尘器,其分离下的脱硫灰回送至反i^塔内。
7、 按照权利要求3戶;M的一种循环流^^烟气脱硫装置,其特征在于所述的二级除尘器(8)是布袋除尘器,其分离下的脱硫灰回送至反应塔内。
