Claims (9)
- (A)ウィンドウ基板の一面にベゼルインク層と金属層とを順次積層するステップと、
(B)前記金属層に対する露光およびエッチング工程を含むパターニング(patterning)工程により、電極パターンと前記電極パターンに接続されたバスラインとを形成するステップ、および
(C)前記ベゼルインク層に対するパターニング工程により、電極パターンと一体である電極ベゼルパターンを含む電極部および前記電極部を囲むベゼル部を形成するステップ、
を含むタッチパネルの製造方法。 - 前記(A)ステップは、
(A−1)前記ウィンドウ基板の上部面に黒色、白色、金色、赤色、緑色、黄色、灰色、紫色、茶色、および青色のうちいずれか一つまたは組み合わせからなる色を有するベゼルインクを塗布してベゼルインク層を形成するステップ、および
(A−2)前記ベゼルインク層の上部面にメッキまたはPVD方法によって金属層を形成するステップ、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチパネルの製造方法。 - 前記(C)ステップにおいて、
前記電極パターンと前記バスラインを用いて前記ベゼルインク層に対するパターニング工程を行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチパネルの製造方法。 - 前記(C)ステップにおいて、
前記電極部は、メッシュパターン(mesh pattern)で形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチパネルの製造方法。 - (I)ウィンドウ基板の一面にベゼルインクを用いて電極ベゼルパターンとベゼル部とを形成するステップと、
(II)前記ウィンドウ基板の一面に電極パターンとバスラインが形成される領域を露出させる感光膜パターン(Photo Resist pattern)を形成するステップ、および
(III)前記感光膜パターンに金属物質を充填し、前記感光膜パターンを剥離して、前記電極ベゼルパターンと一体である前記電極パターンを含む電極部および前記電極部を囲む前記ベゼル部を形成するステップ、
を含むタッチパネルの製造方法。 - 前記(I)ステップは、
(I−1)前記ウィンドウ基板の一面に黒色、白色、金色、赤色、緑色、黄色、灰色、紫色、茶色、および青色のうちいずれか一つまたは組み合わせからなる色を有するベゼルインクを塗布してベゼルインク層を形成するステップ、および
(I−2)前記ベゼルインク層に対する露光およびエッチング工程を含むパターニング工程により、前記電極ベゼルパターンとベゼル部とを形成するステップ、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のタッチパネルの製造方法。 - 前記(III)ステップは、
(III−1)前記感光膜パターンに対してメッキまたはPVD方法によって前記金属物質を充填するステップ、および
(III−2)リフトオフ(Lift−off)方法によって前記感光膜パターンを剥離するステップ、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のタッチパネルの製造方法。 - 前記(III)ステップにおいて、
前記バスラインは、前記電極パターンに接続され、前記ベゼル部に形成されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のタッチパネルの製造方法。 - 前記(III)ステップにおいて、
前記電極部は、メッシュパターン(mesh pattern)で形成されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のタッチパネルの製造方法。
