Description

Claims (11)
- 接着剤を基準として、
・30〜70重量%未満の、少なくとも2個のイソシアネート基を有し、6000g/モル未満の分子量を有し、モル過剰のジイソシアネートとポリエーテルポリオールおよび/またはポリエステルポリオールとに基づく少なくとも1つのプレポリマー、ここで、該プレポリマーは、プレポリマーを基準に1重量%未満のモノマージイソシアネートを含有し、
・30を超え70重量%までの、6000g/モル未満の数平均分子量(MN)を有し、1.4個未満のNCOと反応性である基を含む熱可塑性ポリエステル、および
・必要に応じて、30重量%までの触媒、樹脂、可塑剤、充填剤、顔料、安定剤、更なるポリマーまたは接着促進剤の群からの添加剤
を含有する反応性溶融接着剤であって、熱可塑性ポリエステルは、ポリエステルジオールと一価イソシアネートから選択される低分子量単官能性化合物とに基づく、溶融接着剤。 - 90℃および130℃の間での温度にて計測した粘度は、4000mPas〜40000mPas(EN ISO 2555)である、請求項1に記載の溶融接着剤。
- 溶融接着剤のNCO含有量は0.25〜4重量%NCOである、請求項1または2に記載の溶融接着剤。
- ジイソシアネートは芳香族ジイソシアネートである、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の溶融接着剤。
- プレポリマーはモル過剰のジイソシアネートとポリエーテルポリオールとに基づく、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の溶融接着剤。
- プレポリマーはモル過剰のジイソシアネートとポリエーテルジオールとに基づく、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の溶融接着剤。
- プレポリマーのモノマージイソシアネート含有量は0.1重量%未満である、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の溶融接着剤。
- 熱可塑性ポリエステルの官能価は1未満である、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の溶融接着剤。
- 熱可塑性ポリエステルは脂肪族ジカルボン酸に基づく、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の溶融接着剤。
- 熱可塑性ポリエステルは平均1個のウレタン基を含んでなる、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の溶融接着剤。
- 20重量%までの樹脂が添加剤として含まれる、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の溶融接着剤。
