Description
管の端部の周囲に固定されたグリップ部材の組は、テニスラケットハンドルを定める。空気噴射の要求のため、管状基本形状は、管全体を通るように空気を流通させる必要がある。これは、前述の技術により、直接の製品が中空にされ、テニスラケットハンドルの底部またはベース部に開放端シャフトを有する必要があることを意味する。
Claims (30)
- スポーツラケットフレームの製造に使用される、第1および第2の端部を有する管状部材であって、
前記第1および第2の端部は、当該管状部材の内側を実質的にシールするように構成され、
当該管状部材は、第1の樹脂材料と複数の繊維の層で構成され、
当該管状部材の孔は、実質的に密閉されたスリーブで充填され、該スリーブは、発泡剤を含有する第2の樹脂材料で充填される、管状部材。 - スポーツラケットフレームの製造に使用される、樹脂と繊維の組立体であって、
実質的に密閉されたスリーブと、
間に第1の樹脂材料を有する複数の繊維であって、前記スリーブ上に配置された複数の繊維と、
前記スリーブ内に定められた孔と、
を有し、
前記孔には、発泡剤を含有する第2の樹脂材料が充填される、組立体。 - 請求項1に記載の管状部材であって、
前記第2の樹脂材料は、開放気泡または独立気泡を有する発泡プラスチックを有し、
前記スリーブは、空気不透過性のスリーブである、管状部材。 - 前記繊維の複数の層は、異なる配向を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一つに記載の管状部材または組立体。
- 前記孔内は、20ポンド/インチ2を超える圧力にされることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一つに記載の管状部材または組立体。
- 前記第1および第2の端部の少なくとも一つは、結び目として構成されることを特徴とする請求項1または3に記載の管状部材。
- 前記第1および第2の端部は、折り目として構成されることを特徴とする請求項1または3に記載の管状部材。
- 前記繊維同士の間に配置された前記第1の樹脂材料は、熱によって硬化するように適合されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一つに記載の管状部材または組立体。
- 前記第2の樹脂材料は、熱によって硬化するように適合されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一つに記載の管状部材または組立体。
- 前記第2の樹脂材料は、前記発泡剤を取り囲むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の管状部材または組立体。
- 前記第1の樹脂材料は、熱によって硬化され、
前記第2の樹脂材料は、前記発泡剤を取り囲み、前記第1の樹脂材料の硬化温度とほぼ同じ温度で膨脹することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の管状部材または組立体。 - 前記第2の樹脂材料は、前記発泡剤を取り囲み、
前記第2の樹脂材料および前記発泡剤は、剛性のない形態であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の管状部材または組立体。 - 前記第2の樹脂材料および前記発泡剤は、粉末状の形態であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の管状部材または組立体。
- 前記第2の樹脂材料および前記発泡剤は、膨脹比が30よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の管状部材または組立体。
- 前記第2の樹脂材料および前記発泡剤は、約50〜70の範囲の膨脹比を有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の管状部材または組立体。
- スポーツラケットフレームを製造する方法であって、
(a)樹脂材料が含浸された繊維の平坦部材をコアに巻き付けてレイアップするステップと、
(b)前記コアを抜き取り、前記レイアップされた管状部材を得るステップと、
(c)管状部材の内部に、発泡プラスチック形成材料を配置するステップと、
(d)前記管状部材の両端部を実質的に密閉し、空気袋を形成するステップと、
(e)前記密閉された空気袋を、モールドに配置するステップと、
(f)前記発泡プラスチック形成材料から、発泡プラスチックを形成するステップと、
(g)前記樹脂材料を硬化するステップと、
を順に有する方法。 - さらに、
(h)前記モールドから前記空気袋を除去するステップ
を有することを特徴とする請求項16に記載の方法。 - 前記モールドは、前記繊維複合部材の恒久部分を形成する部材を有することを特徴とする請求項16に記載の方法。
- さらに、
前記平坦部材を巻き付ける前に、スリーブで、前記コアを被覆するステップを有することを特徴とする請求項16に記載の方法。 - 接着材料を使用することにより、前記コアの周囲に前記スリーブが強固に固定されることを特徴とする請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記繊維は、グラファイト繊維を有することを特徴とする請求項16乃至19のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記コアは、2個1組のコアを有することを特徴とする請求項16乃至19のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記発泡プラスチック形成材料は、加熱下で発泡し、
前記樹脂材料は、熱の印加により硬化することを特徴とする請求項16乃至19のいずれか一つに記載の方法。 - 前記発泡プラスチック形成材料は、熱の印加により前記樹脂材料が硬化する温度に十分に近い温度に晒された際に、発泡プラスチックを形成し、
前記樹脂材料が硬化する際、前記発泡プラスチックは、前記平坦部材を加圧することを特徴とする請求項16乃至19のいずれか一つに記載の方法。 - 前記空気袋の前記端部は、結ぶことにより密閉されることを特徴とする請求項16乃至19のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記空気袋の前記端部は、折り曲げることにより密閉されることを特徴とする請求項16乃至19のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記発泡プラスチック形成材料は、発泡プラスチックを形成し、30psiよりも大きな圧力を発生することを特徴とする請求項16乃至19のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記発泡プラスチック形成材料は、発泡プラスチックを形成し、5kg/cm2よりも大きな圧力を発生することを特徴とする請求項16乃至19のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記発泡プラスチック形成材料は、発泡プラスチックを形成し、15kg/cm2よりも大きな圧力を発生することを特徴とする請求項16乃至19のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記(a)のステップは、樹脂材料が含浸された繊維の平坦部材を、コアの周囲に配置されたスリーブに巻き付けてレイアップするステップ
を有する、請求項16に記載の方法。
