Description

を有する外側シェル、
(b)前記孔内に配置された第2の樹脂材料であって、該第2の樹脂材料の部分の間の前記孔内に、ボイドを定めるように構成され寸法化された第2の樹脂材料、および
(c)30ポンド/インチ2を超える圧力で、前記ボイドに収容された気体材料、
を有する複合材。 - 樹脂と繊維のレイアップであって、
(a)第1および第2の端部を有する管状部材であって、前記第1および第2の端部は、前記管状部材の内側を実質的にシールするように構成される管状部材、
(b)繊維の複数の層、
(c)前記繊維同士の間に配置され、前記繊維を相互に固定するように適合された第1の樹脂材料、
(d)前記孔内に配置された第2の樹脂材料、ならびに
(e)前記孔内に配置された発泡剤と、
を有し、
前記発泡剤および前記第2の樹脂材料は、硬化の間、相互作用により、前記第2の樹脂材料の部分の間の、前記孔内にボイドを定めるように構造化され寸法化された樹脂構造が形成されるように適合される、レイアップ。 - 樹脂と繊維のレイアップであって、
(a)密閉空気袋として構成された繊維の複数の層であって、前記空気袋内に内部孔が定められる、繊維の複数の層、
(b)前記繊維同士の間に配置された多数の第1の樹脂材料であって、硬化により、前記繊維を相互に固定するように適合された多数の第1の樹脂材料、
(c)前記孔に配置された第2の樹脂材料、ならびに
(d)前記孔に配置された発泡剤
を有し、
前記発泡剤および前記第2の樹脂材料は、硬化の間、相互作用により、前記第2の樹脂材料の部分の間の、前記孔内にボイドを定めるように構造化され寸法化された樹脂構造が形成されるように適合される、レイアップ。 - 樹脂と繊維のレイアップであって、
(a)第1および第2の端部を有する管状部材であって、前記第1および第2の端部は、前記管状部材の内側を実質的にシールするように構成される管状部材、
(b)繊維の複数の層、
(c)前記繊維同士の間に配置され、前記繊維を相互に固定する第1の樹脂材料、
(d)前記孔に配置された第2の樹脂材料であって、解放気泡または独立気泡の発泡プラスチックを定める第2の樹脂材料、ならびに
(e)前記第2の樹脂材料と前記繊維の複数の層の間に配置された前記孔内に配置された空気不透過性材料の層
を有するレイアップ。 - 前記孔は、密閉孔を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 前記繊維の複数の層は、異なる配向を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 前記ボイドは、密閉気泡であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 前記気体材料は、20ポンド/インチ2を超える圧力であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 前記第1および第2の端部の少なくとも一つは、結び目として構成されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一つに記載の機器。
- 前記第1および第2の端部は、折り目として構成されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一つに記載の機器。
- 前記繊維の層は、異なる角度の配向を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一つに記載の機器。
- 前記繊維同士の間に配置された前記第1の樹脂材料は、熱によって硬化するように適合されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一つに記載の機器。
- 前記第2の樹脂材料は、熱によって硬化するように適合されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一つに記載の機器。
- 前記第2の樹脂材料は、前記発泡剤を取り囲むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一つに記載の機器。
- 前記第1の樹脂材料は、熱によって硬化され、
前記第2の樹脂材料は、前記発泡剤を取り囲み、前記第1の樹脂材料の硬化温度とほぼ同じ温度で膨脹することを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一つに記載の機器。 - 前記第2の樹脂材料は、前記発泡剤を取り囲み、
前記第2の樹脂材料および前記発泡剤は、剛性のない形態であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一つに記載の機器。 - 前記第2の樹脂材料および前記発泡剤は、粉末状の形態であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一つに記載の機器。
- 前記第2の樹脂材料および前記発泡剤は、膨脹比が30よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一つに記載の機器。
- 前記第2の樹脂材料および前記発泡剤は、約50〜70の範囲の膨脹比を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一つに記載の機器。
- 繊維複合部材を製造する方法であって、
(a)樹脂材料が含浸された繊維の平坦部材を形成するステップと、
(b)前記平坦部材をコアに巻き付けるステップと、
(c)前記巻き付けられた平坦部材内に、発泡プラスチック形成材料を配置するステップと、
(d)前記巻き付けられた平坦部材の端部を実質的に密閉し、実質的に密閉された空気袋を形成するステップと、
(e)前記密閉された空気袋を、モールドに配置するステップと、
(f)前記発泡プラスチック形成材料から、発泡プラスチックを形成するステップと、
(g)前記樹脂材料を硬化するステップと、
を有する方法。 - さらに、
(h)前記モールドから硬化されたレイアップを除去するステップ
を有することを特徴とする請求項20に記載の方法。 - 前記モールドは、前記繊維複合部材の恒久部分を形成する部材を有することを特徴とする請求項20に記載の方法。
- さらに、
前記繊維層を巻き付ける前に、スリーブで、前記コアを被覆するステップを有することを特徴とする請求項20に記載の方法。 - 接着材料を使用することにより、前記コアの周囲に前記スリーブが強固に固定されることを特徴とする請求項23に記載の方法。
- 前記繊維は、グラファイト繊維を有することを特徴とする請求項20乃至23のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記コアは、2個1組のコアを有することを特徴とする請求項20乃至23のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記発泡プラスチック形成材料は、加熱下で発泡し、
前記樹脂材料は、熱の印加により硬化することを特徴とする請求項20乃至23のいずれか一つに記載の方法。 - 前記発泡プラスチック形成材料は、熱の印加により前記樹脂材料が硬化する温度に十分に近い温度に晒された際に、発泡プラスチックを形成し、
前記樹脂材料が硬化する際、前記発泡プラスチックは、前記繊維の層を加圧することを特徴とする請求項20乃至23のいずれか一つに記載の方法。 - 前記空気袋の前記端部は、結ぶことにより密閉されることを特徴とする請求項20乃至23のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記空気袋の前記端部は、折り曲げることにより密閉されることを特徴とする請求項20乃至23のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記発泡プラスチック形成材料は、発泡プラスチックを形成し、30psiよりも大きな圧力を発生することを特徴とする請求項20乃至23のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記発泡プラスチック形成材料は、発泡プラスチックを形成し、5kg/cm2よりも大きな圧力を発生することを特徴とする請求項20乃至23のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記発泡プラスチック形成材料は、発泡プラスチックを形成し、15kg/cm2よりも大きな圧力を発生することを特徴とする請求項20乃至23のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
