本发明公开一种结构改良的中空纤维管,包括有纤维管体,该纤维管体中空而形成有通孔,该通孔的内壁一体成型凸设有多个加强筋,每一加强筋内均设置有发泡材料层。藉此,通过于通孔的内壁一体成型凸设有多个加强筋,使得本发明的强度大大增强,同时配合于每一加强筋内均设置有发泡材料层,利用发泡材料层的挤压使得纤维管体更加密实,不但可进一步增强本发明的整体强度,还可节省纤维布的使用,更加省材,有助于降低生产成本,此外,还可使产品的重量更轻,有助于使用者获得更佳的击球感。

Description

结构改良的中空纤维管 技术领域
本发明涉及管材领域技术,尤其是指一种结构改良的中空纤维管,可广泛应用于运动器具领域。
背景技术
中空纤维管是制作球拍框架的主要管材之一,该种管材包括有中空管体,由于采用了中空管体,从而使得制作出来的球拍框架比较轻巧,使用者使用起来也比较方便,可让使用者的球技得到淋漓尽致的发挥。
目前中空纤维管其壁厚均匀无任何变化,在实际使用过程中,应用前述中空纤维管制成的球拍存在诸多缺陷,例如:震荡较大,不利于使用者舒适地操控球拍;整体重量较重,使用者不便灵活地操控球拍,使用者也极易产生疲劳感觉;结构强度不够,容易出现球拍被折弯变形甚至损坏的现象,严重影响了球拍的使用寿命。
因此,需要研究出一种新的技术方案来解决上述问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明针对现有技术存在之缺失,其主要目的是提供一种结构改良的中空纤维管,其能有效解决现有之中空纤维管存在重量重、强度低、耗材并且成本高的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下之技术方案:
一种结构改良的中空纤维管,包括有纤维管体,该纤维管体中空而形成有通孔,该通孔的内壁一体成型凸设有多个加强筋,每一加强筋内均设置有发泡材料层。
作为一种优选方案,所述加强筋包括有多个第一加强筋和多个第二加强筋,每一第一加强筋于通孔的一端朝向纤维管体中部方向轴向延伸,每一第二加强筋于通孔的另一端朝向纤维管体中部方向轴向延伸。
作为一种优选方案,所述多个第一加强筋与多个第二加强筋彼此之间非正对设置。
作为一种优选方案,所述多个第一加强筋与多个第二加强筋之间彼此交叉错位设置。
作为一种优选方案,每一第一加强筋的高度以及每一第二加强筋的高度均由外端向内端减小。
本发明与现有技术相比具有明显的优点和有益效果,具体而言,由上述技术方案可知:
通过于通孔的内壁一体成型凸设有多个加强筋,使得本发明的强度大大增强,同时配合于每一加强筋内均设置有发泡材料层,利用发泡材料层的挤压使得纤维管体更加密实,不但可进一步增强本发明的整体强度,还可节省纤维布的使用,更加省材,有助于降低生产成本,此外,还可使产品的重量更轻,有助于使用者获得更佳的击球感。

具体实施方式
请参照图1和图2所示,其显示出了本发明之第一较佳实施例的具体结构,包括有纤维管体10。
该纤维管体10中空而形成有通孔11,该通孔11的内壁一体成型凸设有多个加强筋12,每一加强筋12内均设置有发泡材料层13,该发泡材料层13由粉末状或颗粒状的发泡材料发泡固化形成;并且,在本实施例中,该加强筋12包括有多个第一加强筋121和多个第二加强筋122,每一第一加强筋121于通孔11的一端朝向纤维管体10中部方向轴向延伸,每一第二加强筋122于通孔11的另一端朝向纤维管体10中部方向轴向延伸,并且,该多个第一加强筋121和多个第二加强筋122彼此正对,该多个第一加强筋121和多个第二加强筋122的高度H均匀并且相等。
制作时,采用表面开设有凹槽的模芯,在模芯的表面缠绕纤维布,同时适时在正对凹槽的纤维布表面设置发泡材料;纤维布缠绕好后,将模芯放入模具中并固化,固化后,将模芯抽出即可制得本发明。
请参照图3所示,其显示出了本发明之第二较佳实施例的具体结构,本实施例的具体结构与前述第一较佳实施例的具体结构基本相同,其所不同的是:
在本实施中,该多个第一加强筋121与多个第二加强筋122彼此之间非正对设置,如此使得本发明的结构强度更均匀。
本实施例的制作过程与前述第一较佳实施例的制作过程基本相同,其所不同的是,在本实施例中,采用两对接模芯,纤维布固化后,将两对接的模芯分别向外拔出即可。
请参照图4所示,其显示出了本发明之第三较佳实施例的具体结构,本实施例的具体结构与前述第一较佳实施例的具体结构基本相同,其所不同的是:
在本实施中,该多个第一加强筋121与多个第二加强筋122之间彼此交叉错位设置,如此不但使得本发明的结构强度更均匀,并且整体强度更大。
本实施例的制作过程与前述第二较佳实施例的制作过程基本相同,在此对本实施例的制作过程不作详细叙述。
请参照图5所示,其显示出了本发明之第四较佳实施例的具体结构,本实施例的具体结构与前述第一较佳实施例的具体结构基本相同,其所不同的是:
在本实施中,每一第一加强筋121的高度H以及每一第二加强筋122的高度H均由外端向内端减小,如此使得本发明的两端结构强度更好,同时也可以更加省材料。
本实施例的制作过程与前述第二较佳实施例的制作过程基本相同,在此对本实施例的制作过程不作详细叙述。
本发明的设计重点在于:通过于通孔的内壁一体成型凸设有多个加强筋,使得本发明的强度大大增强,同时配合于每一加强筋内均设置有发泡材料层,利用发泡材料层的挤压使得纤维管体更加密实,不但可进一步增强本发明的整体强度,还可节省纤维布的使用,更加省材,有助于降低生产成本,此外,还可使产品的重量更轻,有助于使用者获得更佳的击球感。

Claims (5)

1、一种结构改良的中空纤维管,包括有纤维管体,该纤维管体中空而形成有通孔,其特征在于:该通孔的内壁一体成型凸设有多个加强筋,每一加强筋内均设置有发泡材料层。
2、根据权利要求1所述的结构改良的中空纤维管,其特征在于:所述加强筋包括有多个第一加强筋和多个第二加强筋,每一第一加强筋于通孔的一端朝向纤维管体中部方向轴向延伸,每一第二加强筋于通孔的另一端朝向纤维管体中部方向轴向延伸。
3、根据权利要求2所述的结构改良的中空纤维管,其特征在于:所述多个第一加强筋与多个第二加强筋彼此之间非正对设置。
4、根据权利要求2所述的结构改良的中空纤维管,其特征在于:所述多个第一加强筋与多个第二加强筋之间彼此交叉错位设置。
5、根据权利要求2所述的结构改良的中空纤维管,其特征在于:每一第一加强筋的高度以及每一第二加强筋的高度均由外端向内端减小。
