Description
Claims (5)
- 吸気路に配置されたチョークバルブと、前記チョークバルブを開閉するチョークバルブ開閉機構と、前記チョークバルブ開閉機構によって開閉されるチョークバルブの開度を調節する調節部材と前記調節部材を加熱可能なヒータとを有するチョークバルブ開度調節機構と、電源回路に前記ヒータを接続可能なヒータ接続端子とを備えた汎用エンジンの制御装置において、前記汎用エンジンの温度を検出する温度検出手段と、前記ヒータ接続端子に前記ヒータが接続されているか否か判定するヒータ接続判定手段と、前記ヒータ接続端子に前記ヒータが接続されていると判定されるとき、前記検出された温度に基づいて前記チョークバルブ開閉機構の動作を制御して前記チョークバルブを開閉する一方、前記ヒータ接続端子に前記ヒータが接続されていると判定されないとき、ユーザに手動開閉機構を介して前記チョークバルブを手動で開閉するように促すチョーク制御手段とを備えることを特徴とする汎用エンジンの制御装置。
- 前記ヒータ接続判定手段は、前記電源回路から前記ヒータ接続端子に印加される電圧を測定することによって前記ヒータ接続端子に前記ヒータが接続されているか否か判定することを特徴とする請求項1記載の汎用エンジンの制御装置。
- 前記ヒータ接続判定手段は、前記ヒータ接続端子に印加される電圧が所定値以上のとき、前記ヒータ接続端子に前記ヒータが接続されていると判定することを特徴とする請求項2記載の汎用エンジンの制御装置。
- 前記チョーク制御手段は、前記ヒータ接続端子に前記ヒータが接続されていると判定されるとき、前記検出された温度に基づいて前記ヒータへの通電を制御することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の汎用エンジンの制御装置。
- 前記汎用エンジンは、寒冷地での動力源として使用されることを特徴する請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の汎用エンジンの制御装置。
