Claims (3)
- 気化器(C)の吸気道(6)を開閉するチョーク弁(7)に連結される伝動装置(24)と,この伝動装置(24)を介してチョーク弁(7)を開閉駆動する電動モータ(20)と,この電動モータ(20)の作動を制御する電子制御ユニット(12a)とからなる,気化器のチョーク弁用電子制御装置において,
前記伝動装置(24)及び電動モータ(20)を,気化器(C)の一側面に取り付けられるケーシング(10)内に収容し,このケーシング(10)外に配設される操作レバー(39)を備え,この操作レバー(39)の操作により前記伝動装置(24)をチョーク弁(7)の閉じ方向へ作動し得るチョーク強制閉弁機構(37)を設けたことを特徴とする,気化器のチョーク弁用電子制御装置。 - 請求項1記載の気化器のチョーク弁用電子制御装置において,
前記操作レバー(39)には,これを非操作方向に付勢する戻しばね(41)を接続したことを特徴とする,気化器のチョーク弁用電子制御装置。 - 請求項2記載の気化器のチョーク弁用電子制御装置において,
前記チョーク弁強制閉弁機構(37)を,前記ケーシング(10)を貫通するレバー軸(38)の外端部に連結した前記操作レバー(39)と,同レバー軸(38)の内端部に連結されて,伝動装置(24)中の回動部材(30)に設けた当接片(30a)に対向する作動アーム(40)とで構成し,操作レバー(39)の操作時は,作動アーム(40)が前記当接片(30a)を押圧して前記回動部材(30)を前記チョーク弁(7)の閉じ方向に回動し,前記操作レバー(39)が非操作位置に保持されるときは,前記電動モータ(20)がチョーク弁(7)を全開位置から閉弁すべく作動すると,前記回動部材(30)の前記当接片(30a)が前記作動アーム(40)から離れるようにしたことを特徴とする,気化器のチョーク弁用電子制御装置。
