Claims (3)
- 液槽内にある液体の液面の水位に追随して前記液体の表層液を吸込むよう構成された吸込口部と、
該吸込口部から流入した表層液を、液体と該液体に混入している異物とに分離する分離部へ移送するための、インペラを備えた移送ポンプと、
液送領域を形成するための外筐体である一端側部、および駆動部を収容した駆動部収容領域を形成する外筐体である他端側部が隔壁を介して配置された装置本体と、
移送ポンプを駆動させる駆動部である直流ブラシレスモータと、
駆動部側への異物の侵入を抑制する密封装置と、
を備え、
移送ポンプは隔壁に形成された挿通孔を挿通した回転駆動軸を備え、
インペラは回転駆動軸に取付けられた状態で一端側部に配置され、
インペラは隔壁側の側面に環状の脚部を備え、脚部を挿入する環状凹部が隔壁に形成され、
密封装置は円盤状のシール本体および環状のリップシールを備え、
インペラにおける脚部の径方向内方に、シール本体を挿入する環状の挿入凹部が形成され、
リップシールは脚部の内方にあって、挿通孔の外周辺部に接触されている表層液回収装置。 - 回転駆動軸は、滑り軸受により軸心回りに回転自在に支持されている請求項1記載の表層液回収装置。
- 前記回転駆動軸は、セラミックにより形成されている請求項2記載の表層液回収装置。
