Description
(1)製鉄用の窯炉に使用され、耐火物層で構成されるライニング構造であって、前記耐火物層は、CaO・6Al2O3を主たる鉱物組成とした多孔質な断熱性骨材が配合された表層材と、該表層材よりも窯炉使用時において低熱伝導率且つ低かさ比重の物性を有する背面材とで構成され、前記耐火物層の窯炉使用時における放散熱量及び蓄熱量のそれぞれが共に、前記耐火物層を全て前記表層材単独で構成したときよりも小さくなるような厚みの比率で表層材と背面材が構成され、前記表層材の厚みが10mm以上であることを特徴とするライニング構造。
(2)前記耐火物層は、ケーシングの内側に配置されることを特徴とする(1)に記載のライニング構造。
(3)前記背面材は、軽量キャスタブルからなり、多孔質粒、中空粒子、及び発泡粒の群から選ばれる少なくとも1種からなる軽量骨材を含み、該軽量骨材の含有量は、背面材を構成する粉体原料全体の50〜80質量%であることを特徴とする(1)又は(2)に記載のライニング構造。
(4)前記背面材が2層以上から構成されていることを特徴とする(1)〜(3)のいずれか1項に記載のライニング構造。
黒度(熱輻射率)は外壁(鉄皮)の材料または塗布剤などによって数値を決める。

Claims (4)
- 製鉄用の窯炉に使用され、耐火物層で構成されるライニング構造であって、
前記耐火物層は、CaO・6Al2O3を主たる鉱物組成とした多孔質な断熱性骨材が配合された表層材と、該表層材よりも窯炉使用時において低熱伝導率且つ低かさ比重の物性を有する背面材とで構成され、
前記耐火物層の窯炉使用時における放散熱量及び蓄熱量のそれぞれが共に、前記耐火物層を全て前記表層材単独で構成したときよりも小さくなるような厚みの比率で表層材と背面材が構成され、
前記表層材の厚みが10mm以上であることを特徴とするライニング構造。 - 前記耐火物層は、ケーシングの内側に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のライニング構造。
- 前記背面材は、軽量キャスタブルからなり、多孔質粒、中空粒子、及び発泡粒の群から選ばれる少なくとも1種からなる軽量骨材を含み、該軽量骨材の含有量は、背面材を構成する粉体原料全体の50〜80質量%であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のライニング構造。
- 前記背面材が2層以上から構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のライニング構造。
