Description

被覆材を創傷部位の上方に位置付けて、創傷部位の上方に密封された空洞を形成するステップと、
創傷部位から密封された空洞の中へ流体を吸い込むために、創傷部位に陰圧を適用するステップと、
を備える方法が提供される。

Claims (15)
- 陰圧創傷療法(NPWT)が適用される創傷部位において、瘢痕のない創傷の治癒を促進する装置であって、前記装置は、
シリコーンと開口領域とを備える創傷接触層を備え、
前記創傷部位から前記開口領域を介して除去される滲出液を保持するために、前記創傷接触層に対して近位に位置する少なくとも1つの滲出液吸収層をさらに備え、
前記滲出液吸収層が、3Dニット層と、吸収体を含有する層と、を備える装置。 - 前記装置は、複数の貫通穴を備える前記創傷接触層をさらに備え、前記貫通穴の組合せ面積が、前記開口領域を構成し、かつ前記開口領域が、前記創傷接触層の全体面積の20%以下を構成する請求項1に記載の装置。
- スリット、および/または、スロット、および/または、円形の穴、および/または、四角形の穴、および/または、多角形の穴、および/または、楕円形の穴を備える前記貫通穴をさらに備える請求項2に記載の装置。
- シリコーン接着層を備える前記創傷接触層をさらに備える請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記滲出液吸収層によって保持される滲出液が、NPWTの間に、前記創傷のために湿潤環境を提供する液体を構成することをさらに備える請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記滲出液吸収層によって保持される滲出液が、治癒剤を備え、前記創傷の治癒を促進するために、前記創傷が治癒するときに、前記創傷部位に提供される請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記シリコーンが、ポリシロキサン、または、ポリオルガノシロキサン、または、ポリジメチルシロキサンを備えることをさらに備える請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 瘢痕組織形成の抑制が、完全なまたは部分的な瘢痕化の防止または低減を含むことをさらに備える請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 瘢痕化が、創傷の治癒から結果として生じる瘢痕化であることをさらに含む請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 瘢痕化が、皮膚、腱、靱帯または筋肉、腹腔、骨盤腔、および、胸腔などからなる群から選択された組織において生じることをさらに含む請求項9に記載の装置。
- 陰圧療法(NPT)が適用される組織部位において、瘢痕のない治癒を促進する装置であって、前記装置は、
シリコーンと開口領域とを備える組織接触層、及び
創傷部位から前記開口領域を介して除去される滲出液を保持するために、創傷接触層に対して近位に位置する少なくとも1つの滲出液吸収層を備え、
前記滲出液吸収層が、3Dニット層と、吸収体を含有する層と、を備え、
瘢痕組織が線維性疾患に関連する装置。 - 前記線維性疾患が、皮膚線維症、筋肉線維症、および、腹部、骨盤、脊柱、または腱において生じるものなどのような癒着などからなる群から選択されたことをさらに含む請求項11に記載の装置。
- 創傷部位に連結可能な陰圧供給源であって、前記陰圧供給源が、連続的および/または間欠的な陰圧を提供するように適合されている、陰圧供給源をさらに備える、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記陰圧供給源が、−20mmHgから−200mmHgの間の範囲にある陰圧を提供することをさらに備える請求項13に記載の装置。
- 前記陰圧供給源が、−50mmHgから−150mmHgの間の範囲にある陰圧を提供することをさらに備える請求項14に記載の装置。
