Claims (19)
- 組織部位を治療する減圧システムにおいて、

内部表面および外部表面を有するシーリングドレープであって、前記内部表面は、前記マニホールドおよび前記組織部位を被覆するように適合され、前記シーリングドレープは、さらに:
疎水性であり、かつ実質的に親水性成分のないシーリング材であって、前記組織部位および前記マニホールドの周りに密閉空間をもたらすように適合されたシーリング材;および
前記シーリング材に関連付けられた吸収材であって、前記シーリング材の少なくとも一部が、前記吸収材と前記組織部位との間に位置決めされるように構成されている、吸収材
を含むシーリングドレープと;
減圧を送達するように適合された減圧インターフェースであって、前記密閉空間および前記マニホールドと流体連通する減圧インターフェースと
を含むことを特徴とする、システム。 - 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記マニホールドが第1の側面および第2の側面を有し、前記第1の側面は、前記組織部位に隣接して位置決めされるように適合され、および前記第2の側面は、前記シーリングドレープの前記内部表面に隣接して位置決めされるように適合されることを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記減圧インターフェースと流体連通する減圧源をさらに含むことを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記シーリングドレープが、前記組織部位を越えて延在し、かつ前記組織部位を取り囲む周囲面に重なり合うように適合され、および前記シーリングドレープの前記内部表面は、前記周囲面に隣接して位置決めされるように適合されていることを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記吸収材が前記シーリング材に配置されていることを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記吸収材が、前記シーリング材内に実質的に均一に配置されていることを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項5に記載のシステムにおいて、前記吸収材が複数の吸収性粒子を含むことを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項5に記載のシステムにおいて、前記吸収材が複数の吸収性繊維を含むことを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記吸収材が、前記シーリング材の第1の層と第2の層との間に配置されたシート様の吸収層を含むことを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記吸収材が、前記シーリングドレープを通して吸収勾配をもたらすように構成されていることを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記吸収材を担持するキャリヤをさらに含み、前記キャリヤおよび前記吸収材は、前記シーリング材の第1の層と第2の層との間に配置されていることを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項11に記載のシステムにおいて、前記キャリヤが、疎水性ポリプロピレンシートを含むことを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記シーリングドレープの前記シーリング材に関連付けられた複数の吸収材をさらに含み、前記複数の吸収材の吸収能力は、前記シーリングドレープの前記内部表面から前記シーリングドレープの横断面を通る距離が増すにつれて、高くなることを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記吸収材が、相互接続された吸収性繊維、吸収性粒子、およびシート様の吸収層の三次元構造を含むことを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記シーリング材が流体透過性であることを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記シーリング材がエラストマー材料を含むことを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記シーリング材が疎水性シリコーンエラストマーを含むことを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記シーリングドレープの前記シーリング材が、前記吸収材に保持された流体を、前記シーリングドレープの前記外部表面を通して蒸発させるように適合されていることを特徴とする、システム。
- 組織部位を治療する減圧システムにおいて、
前記組織部位に隣接して位置決めされかつ前記組織部位に減圧を分配するように適合されたマニホールドと;
内部表面および外部表面を有するシーリングドレープであって、前記内部表面は、前記組織部位を取り囲む周囲面に隣接するように位置決めされ、かつ前記マニホールドおよび前記組織部位を被覆するように適合されており、前記シーリングドレープは、前記組織部位を越えて延在しかつ前記周囲面に重なり合うように適合されており、前記シーリングドレープは、さらに:
疎水性でありかつ実質的に親水性成分がないシーリング材であって、前記組織部位および前記マニホールドの周りに密閉空間をもたらすように適合されたシーリング材;および
前記シーリング材内に配置された吸収材であって、前記シーリング材の少なくとも一部は、前記シーリングドレープの前記内部表面と前記吸収材との間に位置決めされている、吸収材
を含むシーリングドレープと;
減圧を送達するように適合された減圧インターフェースであって、前記密閉空間および前記マニホールドと流体連通している減圧インターフェースと
を含むことを特徴とする、減圧システム。
