Description
Claims (30)
- 2つ以上のLED光源(2,3,4)を含むLED投影モジュール(1)であって、
各LED光源(2,3,4)はそれぞれ、1つまたは複数の発光ダイオードから成り、
各LED光源(2,3,4)は、それらにそれぞれ割り当てられた光入力結合箇所(21,31,41)を介して光を光導体(20,30,40)に入力結合し、
光は、前記光導体(20,30,40)から前記光導体(20,30,40)の光出射面(22,32,42)を介して出射し、
前記出射した光は、投影レンズ(90)によって、少なくとも1つの光分布を形成するために外部空間に投影される、LED投影モジュールにおいて、
個々のLED光源(2,3,4)に対する前記光導体(20,30,40)は、水平方向に横に並んで配置されており、直接互いに相接し、または1つの共通の全体光−光導体(100)を形成し、これにより隣接する光導体(20,30,40)の間で光が漏れ込むことができ、
個々の前記光出射面(22,32,42)は並置されており、かつ1つの全体光−光出射面(110)を形成し、
前記全体光−光出射面(110)内では個々の前記光出射面(22,32,42)の間に1つまたは複数の凹部(201,202)が設けられており、当該凹部はそれぞれ、前記全体光−光出射面(110)の高さ広がりの少なくとも一部分に亘って延在している、ことを特徴とするLED投影モジュール。 - 中央光導体群には少なくとも1つの中央光導体(40)が設けられており、かつ前記中央光導体群の左右には、それぞれ1つの左光導体群と右光導体群が設けられており、
前記左および/または右光導体群はそれぞれ、所属のLED光源(2,3)を備える少なくとも1つの光導体(20,30)を含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のモジュール。 - 前記中央光導体群はちょうど1つの前記中央光導体(40)を含む、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のモジュール。
- 前記左および/または右光導体群はそれぞれちょうど1つの光導体(20,30)を含む、ことを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載のモジュール。
- 前記中央光導体群の中央光導体(40)の少なくとも1つのLED光源(4)の光は、前記中央光導体(40)から、とりわけ前記中央光導体(40)の光入射面(41)から前記モジュールの光軸に対して実質的に平行に向けられる、ことを特徴とする請求項2から4のいずれか1項に記載のモジュール。
- 側方光導体群の少なくとも1つのLED光源(2,3)は、光を0゜とは異なる角度の下で前記モジュールの光軸に向け、所属の光導体(20,30)に供給する、ことを特徴とする請求項2から5のいずれか1項に記載のモジュール。
- 2つの光出射面(32,42;22,42)の間にある少なくとも1つの凹部(201,202)が、並置された前記光導体(20,30,40)の下方境界面から、ないし前記全体光−光導体(100)の下方境界面(130)から上方に向かって離れるように延在する、ことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のモジュール。
- 2つの光出射面(32,42;22,42)の間にある前記凹部(201,202)は、前記並置された光導体(20,30,40)の上方境界面まで、ないし前記全体光−光導体(100)の上方境界面(120)まで完全には延在しておらず、これにより前記並置された光導体ないし前記全体光−光導体(100)の上方領域には連続したエッジ(121)が得られ、または
2つの光出射面(32,42;22,42)の間にある前記凹部(201,202)は、前記並置された光導体(20,30,40)の上方境界面ないし前記全体光−光導体(100)の上方境界面(120)まで完全に延在している、ことを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のモジュール。 - 前方領域、すなわち前記光出射面(22,32,42)の領域にある少なくとも1つの凹部(201,202)は規定の幅を有し、前記少なくとも1つの凹部(201,202)は、後方に向かって前記光出射面(22,32,42)から離れる方向に先細である、ことを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載のモジュール。
- 前記規定の幅は、前記少なくとも1つの凹部(201,202)の全高に亘って一定であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のモジュール。
- 前記少なくとも1つの凹部(201,202)を画定する壁(201’,201”;202’,202”)が重なって延在する、ことを特徴とする請求項9または10に記載のモジュール。
- 前記壁(201’,201”;202’,202”)が1つの尖ったエッジ(201’”、202’”)に合流する、ことを特徴とする請求項11に記載のモジュール。
- 前記凹部(201,202)の内側の壁(201”,202”)、すなわち少なくとも1つの中央光導体(40)を備える中央光導体群に向いた側の前記凹部(201,202)の壁は平坦に構成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項11または12に記載のモジュール。
- 前記内側の壁(201”,202”)、すなわち前記中央光導体群に向いた側の前記凹部(201,202)の壁は垂直面として構成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項13に記載のモジュール。
- 前記凹部(201,202)の外側の壁(201’,202’)は湾曲して構成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1から14のいずれか1項に記載のモジュール。
- 前記凹部(201,202)の外側の壁(201’,202’)は前記凹部(201,202)の内側の壁(201”,202”)から離れるように湾曲している、ことを特徴とする請求項15に記載のモジュール。
- 少なくとも1つの前記凹部(201,202)は、すなわちその形状および/または後方へのその広がりの長さは、右/左光導体群ないし、少なくとも1つの右/左光導体(20,30)からの光が、左/右光導体群ないし、少なくとも1つの左/右光導体(30,20)に入り込むことができないように単数ないし複数の前記光出射面(22,32,42)から離れるように構成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項2から16のいずれか1項に記載のモジュール。
- 少なくとも1つの前記凹部(201,202)は、すなわちその形状および/または後方へのその広がりの長さは、少なくとも1つの中央光導体(40)を備える中央光導体群ないし前記少なくとも1つの中央光導体(40)からの光が、前記中央光導体群の左に設けられる左光導体群ないし前記中央光導体群の右に設けられる右光導体群または少なくとも1つの左光導体ないし少なくとも1つの右光導体(20,30)に入り込むことができないように単数ないし複数の前記光出射面(22,32,42)から離れるように構成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項2から17のいずれか1項に記載のモジュール。
- 前記全体光−光導体(100)は、前記光出射面(22,32,42)とは反対側のその裏面において、外側光源(2,3)からの光線が、別の外側LED光源(3,2)に割り当てられた光出射面(32,22)を通って出射することができないように構成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1から18のいずれか1項に記載のモジュール。
- 前記全体光−光導体(100)は、前記光出射面(22,32,42)の反対側に裏側凹部(70)を設け、前記裏側凹部(70)は前記別の外側LED光源(3,2)に割り当てられた光導体(30,20)に達することとなる前記外側LED光源(2,3)からの光をブロックする、ことを特徴とする請求項19に記載のモジュール。
- 前記光導体ないし前記全体光−光導体によってハイビーム分布ないし部分ハイビーム分布が形成可能である、ことを特徴とする請求項1から20のいずれか1項に記載のモジュール。
- 前記光導体(20,30,40)ないし前記全体光−光導体(100)の上方には少なくとも1つのLED光源(5,6)が配置されており、該LED光源は光を少なくとも1つの光学系、たとえば反射器(7,8)に向けて放射し、
前記少なくとも1つの光学系、たとえば少なくとも1つの反射器(7,8)から放射された光が前記投影レンズ(90)の下方領域に照射され、
前記全体光−光出射面(110)を画定する上方エッジ(121)が、明暗境界として光像中に結像される、ことを特徴とする請求項1から21のいずれか1項に記載のモジュール。 - それぞれ1つの反射器(7,8)が割り当てられた2つのLED光源(5,6)が設けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項22に記載のモジュール。
- 前記光導体ないし前記全体光−光導体(100)の上側(120)および/または下側(130)は、少なくとも領域的に光反射性に構成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項22または23に記載のモジュール。
- 前記エッジ(121)は、ロービーム分布のための明暗境界を形成するように構成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項22から24のいずれか1項に記載のモジュール。
- 請求項1から25のいずれか1項に記載のモジュールを1つまたは複数備える前照灯。
- 少なくとも1つの前記モジュールが、実質的に垂直軸周りに旋回可能である、ことを特徴とする請求項26に記載の前照灯。
- 全てのモジュールが、実質的に垂直軸周りに旋回可能である、ことを特徴とする請求項27に記載の前照灯。
- 1つまたは複数のモジュールの投影レンズが、それぞれ垂直軸周りに旋回可能である、ことを特徴とする請求項27または28に記載の前照灯。
- 前記垂直軸は、前記投影レンズの焦点を通って延在する、ことを特徴とする請求項29に記載の前照灯。
