Description
まず、本発明に係る気液接触装置の実施形態について説明する。
以下に、本発明の実施例に係る気液接触装置の集塵効率及び吸収効率を評価する目的で、気液接触装置を排ガス中のSiO2などのサブミクロンダストの集塵(除塵)及びHClガスの物理吸収に利用した場合の測定結果を表1に示す。

Claims (2)
- 気体と液体とを接触させる気液接触方法であって、
筒状の容器内の上流側にその長手方向を鉛直にして第1の気液接触部を配置し、
前記第1の気液接触部の下流側にその長手方向を鉛直にして第2の気液接触部を配置し、
前記第1の気液接触部と前記第2の気液接触部との間に気体の速度を高速度から低速度に変化させる空間部を配置し、
前記第1の気液接触部の上流側及び前記第2の気液接触部の上流側に液体散水手段を各々に配置し、
前記第1の気液接触部と前記第2の気液接触部に多孔が形成された螺旋状の羽根体を有する静止型流体混合器を各々に配置し、
前記第1の気液接触部を通流する気体速度は15〜150m/sの範囲であり、
前記第2の気液接触部を通流する気体速度は5〜15m/sの範囲であり、
前記気体と前記液体は前記容器内を上流側である上方から下流側である下方に並流で前記第1の気液接触部および前記第2の気液接触部を通流して接触・混合させることを特徴とする
気液接触方法。 - 筒状の容器内の上流側にその長手方向を鉛直にして配置された、多孔が形成された螺旋状の羽根体を有する静止型流体混合器が配置された第1の気液接触部と、
前記第1の気液接触部の下流側にその長手方向を鉛直にして配置された、多孔が形成された螺旋状の羽根体を有する静止型流体混合器が配置された第2の気液接触部と、
前記容器内の前記第1の気液接触部の上流側に設けられた気体導入手段及び第1の液体散水手段と、
前記第1の気液接触部の下流側であって前記第2の気液接触部の上流側に形成され、前記気体導入手段により導入された気体の速度を高速度から低速度に変化させる空間部と、
前記空間部に設けられた第2の液体散水手段と、
前記第2の気液接触部の下方に設けられた、液体と気体とを分離して前記分離された液体を落下させるための分離落下部と、
排気管とブロワーを介して前記容器外に気体を排出する気体排出手段と、
前記容器内の下流側に設けられた液体が溜まる貯留部と、
循環ポンプを介して前記貯留部の液体を第1及び第2の液体散水手段に供給する液体供給配管と、
前記貯留部に新液を適宜補充する新液供給手段と、
前記貯留部の液体を前記容器外に適宜排出する抜出しポンプと、
を備えていること
を特徴とする気液接触装置。
