Description
尿素は、通常、アンモニアと二酸化炭素から製造される。それは、過剰のアンモニアを、二酸化炭素と共に、12と40MPaの間の圧力及び150と250℃の間の温度で、尿素合成ゾーンに導入することによって製造することができる。その結果の尿素の生成は、2つの連続した反応ステップの形で、最もよく表すことができ、第1ステップにおいて、カルバミン酸アンモニウムが、次の発熱反応:
2NH3 + CO2 → H2N-CO-ONH4
に従って生成され、その後、第2ステップにおいて、次の吸熱平衡反応:
H2N-CO-ONH4 ⇔ H2N-CO-NH2 + H2O
に従って、生成したカルバミン酸アンモニウムが脱水されて尿素を生じる。
今日の尿素の製造は、特に尿素ダスト及びアンモニアの放出の少ない、比較的クリーンなプロセスを含む。しかし、尿素を化学的に合成すること以外に、工業的規模での尿素の製造には、尿素が適切な固体の粒子状で提供されるということが必要である。この目的のために、尿素の製造は、尿素融解物が望ましい粒子状にされる仕上げステップを含み、このステップは、通常、プリル化、造粒及びペレット化のいずれか1つを含む。
Claims (13)
- 尿素水溶液がフラッシングされて、晶析した固体尿素含有生成物とアンモニア及び水含有蒸気とを得る晶析ステップと、
尿素結晶に機械的な力を加えることを含む、その後の成型ステップと
を含み、
前記フラッシングが、ドライフラッシングとして実施される、尿素水溶液から尿素粒子を製造するための方法。 - 前記晶析ステップの前に、溶液が、50重量%〜99重量%の尿素及びビウレットの尿素濃度を有するように濃縮される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記晶析ステップが、1〜60kPaの圧力で、尿素溶液をフラッシングすることを含む、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記晶析ステップが、1〜30kPaの圧力で、尿素溶液をフラッシングすることを含み、ドライフラッシングに供給される前記尿素溶液が、85から95重量%の尿素濃度、及び110から130℃の温度を有する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- フラッシングによって得られる固体尿素生成物の粒径が、0.1μm〜1000μmの範囲にある、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記成型ステップの後に得られる尿素粒子が、0.3μm〜20mmの範囲の粒径を有する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記機械的な力が、尿素結晶に、圧縮力によって加えられる、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記成型が、尿素結晶を型にプレスすることによって実施される、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記晶析ステップに供される尿素溶液が、添加物として、ホルムアルデヒド又は尿素ホルムアルデヒドを含む、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって得られる尿素結晶が型にプレスされる、尿素粒子の成型のための圧縮機の使用。
- 既存の尿素プラントを改修して、それからのアンモニア及びダストの放出を減らす方法であって、プラントに、溶液から尿素を晶析させるのに適するデバイス、及び尿素結晶に機械的な力を加えるのに適するデバイスを付加するステップを含み、
溶液から尿素を晶析させるのに適する前記デバイスが、断熱フラッシュデバイスである、方法。 - 尿素プラントのプラント能力を、前記プラントの仕上げセクションの能力を増大させることによって、増大させるための方法であって、真空システムから固体生成物を抜き取るエクストラクターを含む、ドライフラッシングによって溶液から尿素を晶析させるのに適するデバイス、及び尿素結晶に機械的な力を加えるのに適するデバイスを、既存の仕上げセクションに並列する仕上げセクションとして付加するステップを含む、方法。
- 晶析から得られた前記蒸気が、凝縮器に供給される、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
