Description
−補修領域50上の溶接支持部9の上部及び上向き縁部20を、例えば50cm程度平坦化する。補修領域50は、補修すべき条板8の一部を包含し、両側にさらに延びている。
−上向き縁部20の曲がった部分に位置する2本の横断線と2本の長手線に沿って条板8を切断して、損傷部分を除去する。
−端部45と46に残った条板と長手方向に重ね合わせるために、除去した部分より寸法の大きな条板47の新しい部分を設置する。
−端部45と46に残った条板に、条板47の新しい部分を防水態様で溶接する。
−溶接支持部9に対向して条板47の新しい部分の上向き縁部20を設置し、補修領域50の全長にわたって上部縁コーナーに沿って防水縁コーナー溶接継ぎ目31を形成する。
−そして、位置を維持した状態の縁コーナー溶接継ぎ目31と条板8の溶接継ぎ目26との間の防水接続を形成する。そうするために、図9の詳細図に示すように、溶接機は既存の溶接継ぎ目26に沿って再び走行し、例えば傾斜面を使用して、縁コーナー溶接継ぎ目31と交わる逸脱部28を形成する。好ましくは、縁コーナー溶接継ぎ目31とのある程度の重なり領域35を形成するために、溶接継ぎ目26の最終部29は、上向き縁部20の上部縁コーナー32と略平行に形成される。
Claims (17)
- 防水障壁のための平坦な支持面を有する熱絶縁障壁(5)の上に、金属薄片(8)と、前記支持面に接続され前記支持面から突出した細長い溶接フランジ(9)と、を交互に備えた繰り返し構造を設けて、前記溶接フランジ(9)が前記金属薄片(8)の長さ方向の少なくとも一部と平行に走り、前記金属薄片の前記支持面に対して上向きの上向き側縁部(20)が隣接する前記溶接フランジに接して設けられるステップと、
前記溶接フランジの両側に設けられた第一と第二の隣接する前記金属薄片のそれぞれに対して、前記金属薄片の第一長手方向部分に沿って前記支持面と平行な直線状溶接継ぎ目(26、27)を用いて、前記金属薄片の前記上向き側縁部(20)を溶接フランジに対して防水態様で溶接し、前記直線状溶接継ぎ目(26、27)は毎度それぞれの前記金属薄片の前記上向き側縁部の上部縁コーナー(32、41、43)の下に設けるステップと、
前記上向き側縁部の前記上部縁コーナー(32、41、43)の方向に前記支持面に対して逸脱して、前記上向き側縁部の前記上部縁コーナー(32、41、43)まで溶接継ぎ目の端部(28、29)を形成するように、前記溶接継ぎ目(26)を毎度連続させるステップと、
前記第一の金属薄片の上向き側縁部(20)の上部縁コーナーと前記金属薄片の第二長手方向部分に沿った隣接する前記第二の金属薄片の上向き側縁部(20)の上部縁コーナーとの間に防水態様の縁コーナー溶接継ぎ目(31)を形成して、縁コーナー溶接継ぎ目(31)が防水態様で二つの前記金属薄片のそれぞれの前記溶接継ぎ目(26)の前記端部(28、29)と交わるようにしたステップとで構成された、防水熱絶縁タンクの壁に防水障壁(6)を形成する方法。 - 前記直線状溶接継ぎ目が、前記上向き側縁部(20)に沿って2つの隣接する前記金属薄片(8)の上に載って移動する溶接機を用いて形成され、前記溶接機は回転式電極車輪と前記上向き側縁部(20)を把持可能な駆動ロールを有し、前記駆動ロールは前記溶接機の金属薄片と垂直な進行方向前方に向かって傾いた軸を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記溶接継ぎ目の端部が、前記溶接機の軌道が前記上向き側縁部の前記上部縁コーナー(32、41、43)の方向から逸脱することによって形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記軌道が前記上向き側縁部の前記上部縁コーナーの方向から逸脱するために、前記溶接機が金属薄片に設けられた傾斜面(40)に沿って走行することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 溶接機の電極が前記上向き側縁部の前記上部縁コーナーに達した時に、電極間の間隔を維持するために、前記上部縁コーナーの上に保護板(37、38)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2ないし請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記溶接継ぎ目の前記端部(28、29)が前記上向き側縁部の前記上部縁コーナー(32)の下で止まり、そして前記溶接継ぎ目の最上部の上に位置する前記上向き側縁部の上部(41、43)が除去されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記上向き側縁部の前記上部は、前記金属薄片の局部切断(41)によって除去され、前記溶接継ぎ目の最上部は、前記局部切断の底部に実質的に位置することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記溶接継ぎ目の前記端部は、前記溶接フランジ(9)の長手方向端部(11)の前方に設けられ、
前記上向き側縁部の前記上部縁コーナー(32)を越えて延在する前記溶接フランジの上部(25、33)が、前記溶接継ぎ目の前記端部(28、29)が形成された後に除去され、前記溶接フランジの前記上部(25、33)が、前記溶接継ぎ目の前記端部(28、29)と前記溶接フランジの前記長手方向端部(11)の間に位置する長さにわたって除去されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 耐力壁(1)を備えた耐力構造の内側に設けられた防水熱絶縁タンクであって、前記タンクは、前記耐力壁に沿って設けられたタンク壁を備え、前記タンク壁は防水障壁(6)と前記防水障壁と前記耐力壁の間に設けられた熱絶縁障壁(5)とを備え、前記熱絶縁障壁は前記防水障壁のための平坦な支持面を有し、前記防水障壁(6)は、前記支持面上に設けられた金属薄片と、前記支持面に接続され前記支持面から突出し前記金属薄片の長さ方向の少なくとも一部と平行に走る細長い溶接フランジ(9)と、を交互に備えた繰り返し構造を有し、前記金属薄片が、隣接する前記溶接フランジに接して設けられた前記支持面に対して上向きの上向き側縁部(20)を備え、
前記溶接フランジの両側に設けられた二枚の前記金属薄片のそれぞれが、
それぞれの前記金属薄片の前記上向き側縁部(20)が前記支持面と平行な直線状溶接継ぎ目(26、27)によって防水態様で前記溶接フランジ(9)に溶接される第一長手方向部分を備え、
前記直線状溶接継ぎ目(26、27)のそれぞれは、それぞれの前記金属薄片の前記上向き側縁部の上部縁コーナー(32、41、43)の下に設けられ、
前記溶接フランジの両側に設けられた二枚の前記金属薄片のそれぞれが、さらに
前記上向き側縁部(20)が縁コーナー溶接(31)によって防水態様で隣接する金属薄片の上向き側縁部(20)に溶接される第二長手方向部分と、
前記第二長手方向部分の前記縁コーナー溶接(31)と前記第一長手方向部分の直線状溶接継ぎ目(26,27)が防水態様で接続される中間部分と、を備え、
前記それぞれの金属薄片の前記中間部分において、前記溶接継ぎ目が、上部縁コーナー(32,41、43)の方向に前記支持面に対して逸脱して、前記上向き側縁部(20)の前記上部縁コーナー(32,41、43)と交わる端部(28、29)を有し、
前記縁コーナー溶接(31)が二枚の前記金属薄片のそれぞれの前記溶接継ぎ目の前記端部(28、29)と防水態様の接合を形成するように二枚の前記金属薄片のそれぞれの前記中間部分に連続していることを特徴とするタンク。 - 前記金属薄片の前記上向き側縁部(20)の前記上部縁コーナー(32,43)が、前記金属薄片の前記中間部分において直線状で前記支持面と平行であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のタンク。
- 前記第二長手方向部分における前記上向き側縁部(20)の名目上の高さ(32)が、前記第一長手方向部分における前記上向き側縁部(20)の高さと等しいことを特徴とする請求項9又は請求項10に記載のタンク。
- 前記第二長手方向部分における前記上向き側縁部(20)の名目上の高さ(43)が、前記第一長手方向部分における前記上向き側縁部(20)の高さより低いことを特徴とする請求項9又は請求項10に記載のタンク。
- 前記上向き縁部の前記上部縁コーナーを低くするために、前記上向き側縁部が前記金属薄片の前記中間部分に切断部分(41)を有し、
前記縁コーナー溶接が、前記切断部分の底部(42)で前記溶接継ぎ目の逸脱した端部と交わることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のタンク。 - 前記タンクが、引張荷重に対向するための、前記耐力壁(1)の一端に沿って設けられ、前記耐力構造と接続された保持用補強部材(15)をさらに備え、
前記保持用補強部材が、前記耐力壁から幾分離れた前記タンクの壁の境界領域に設けられた平坦な接続部材(15)を備え、前記熱絶縁障壁(5)が前記平坦な接続部材と耐力壁(1)の間を通過することを許容し、
前記金属薄片(12)が、前記タンクの前記壁の前記境界領域(10)で前記接続部材と溶接される長手方向端縁部(13)を備え、
前記金属薄片の前記第二長手方向部分が、前記長手方向端縁部と前記溶接フランジ(9)の一端との間に延在する境界部分(12)を備え、
前記金属薄片(12)の前記境界部分の前記上向き側縁部(16)の前記上部縁コーナー(17)が前記長手方向端縁部から前記第二長手方向部分の名目上の高さ(32、43)に向かって漸進的に立ち上がっていることを特徴とする請求項9ないし請求項13のいずれか一項に記載のタンク。 - 二重船体構造(72)と前記二重船体構造に設けられた請求項9ないし請求項14のいずれか一項に記載のタンク(71)とを有する、冷たい液状産物を輸送するための船(70)。
- 冷たい液状産物が、浮遊式の又は海岸基地所属の貯蔵設備(77)から船のタンク(71)に向かって、又は船のタンク(71)から浮遊式の又は海岸基地所属の貯蔵設備(77)に向かって絶縁パイプ(73、79、76、81)を通って運ばれることを特徴とする前記船(70)に積荷する又は前記船(70)から出荷するための請求項15に記載の船(70)の使用。
- 冷たい液状産物を輸送するためのシステムであって、
