Description
Claims (10)
- 1つ以上の破砕物または1つ以上の丸型の棒の形態の多結晶シリコンであって、
前記多結晶シリコンは、前記多結晶シリコンを包む、10〜1000μmの厚さの少なくとも1つのフィルムに囲われており、
前記少なくとも1つのフィルムが、補強構造を有する更なるフィルムによって取り囲まれており、
前記補強構造を有する更なるフィルムが、気泡フィルムである、多結晶シリコン。 - 0.1〜5mmの厚さの少なくとも1つの楕円形または長方形の分離要素が、2つの前記フィルムの間に存在する、請求項1に記載の多結晶シリコン。
- 請求項1に記載の多結晶シリコンを包装する方法であって、少なくとも1つの前記フィルムが溶着され、続いて分離要素またはダンボール箱である輸送容器に導入される、多結晶シリコンの包装方法。
- 請求項1に記載の多結晶シリコンを包装する方法であって、前記多結晶シリコンがダンボール箱に導入され、次いで少なくとも1つの前記フィルムの溶着が行われる、多結晶シリコンの包装方法。
- 破砕物または丸型の棒の形態の多結晶シリコンを包装する方法であって、
その都度、少なくとも1つのフィルムを、包装される前記多結晶シリコンの寸法に適合した立方体状のダンボール箱の中に挿入し、
前記多結晶シリコンを前記少なくとも1つのフィルムに導入し、
続いて、前記少なくとも1つのフィルムを溶着して前記多結晶シリコンを包む、ことを含んでなり、
前記少なくとも1つのフィルムが10〜1000μmの厚さを有し、
前記少なくとも1つのフィルムが、補強構造を有する更なるフィルムにより取り囲まれており、前記補強構造を有する更なるフィルムが、気泡フィルムである、多結晶シリコンの包装方法。 - 前記多結晶シリコンが導入される前記補強構造を有する更なるフィルムが、前記ダンボール箱の長手方向の軸に対して15〜65°の角度で斜めに配置される、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 0.1〜5mmの厚さの少なくとも1つの楕円形または長方形の分離要素が、2つの前記フィルムの間に存在する、請求項5または6に記載の方法。
- 前記ダンボール箱は、前記ダンボール箱から前記多結晶シリコンが包装された前記少なくとも1つのフィルムを容易に運び出すのに役立つ少なくとも1つの開口部を有する、請求項5〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ダンボール箱は、接着剤または穿孔を備えた開封帯を有する、請求項5〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ダンボール箱は、前記ダンボール箱の開口部の領域に切り込みまたはスロットを有し、フィルムの両端が前記切り込みまたはスロットに折り畳まれている、請求項5〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
