包装過程の周囲条件は、温度18から25℃が好ましい。相対空気湿度は、30から70%が好ましい。
塊サイズ3から5の微粉断片を測定するため、8mm平方の網目、またはより小さい塊サイズについては1mm平方の網目の網目スクリーン、および振動モータを用いる。篩って取り除いた微粉断片は、重量測定手法によって定量化した。
輸送シミュレーション(最悪のケース):トラックのパレットの表面への輸送の振動からの典型的な応力800km、トラック輸送の衝撃2から6g(重力加速度)、搭載単位の転換および海外輸送に対する水平方向の衝撃。
積み降ろしを伴うトラック旅程1000km
ここでも表1の箱1−5を調べた。

Claims (8)
- 少なくとも2つのプラスチック袋を有し、各プラスチック袋中に多結晶シリコン塊を備える輸送容器であって、
包装密度が650kg/m3以上で950kg/m3以下であり、
輸送容器中のプラスチック袋は、プラスチック袋の長辺が輸送容器の底面の平面にほぼ平行に重なり合って、配置されており、および
各プラスチック袋の中に存在する前記塊の体積を1とした場合の、各プラスチック袋の全容積が2.4から3.0であることを特徴とする輸送容器。 - 包装密度が、800kg/m3を超えて950kg/m3以下である請求項1に記載の輸送容器。
- 前記輸送容器内に存在する剰余の容積が、発泡体からなる、またはPU、ポリエステルもしくは発泡性ポリスチレンの成形要素からなる詰め物で、70%を超える広さまで充填されている、請求項1または2に記載の輸送容器。
- 前記プラスチック袋が、少なくとも部分的に重なり合っている、請求項1から3の何れかに記載の輸送容器。
- 詰め物が、重なり合っているプラスチック袋の間に配置されている、請求項1から4の何れかに記載の輸送容器。
- 請求項1から5の何れかに記載の輸送容器が複数固定されているパレット。
- 多結晶シリコン塊が、請求項1から5の何れかに記載のように輸送容器に入れられる、多結晶シリコン塊の輸送方法。
- 多結晶シリコン塊が、請求項1から5の何れかに記載のように輸送容器に入れられ、かつ、複数の輸送容器が、請求項6に記載のようにパレットに固定される、多結晶シリコン塊の輸送方法。
