Description
熱硬化性の樹脂が含浸された繊維束を処理する繊維束処理装置において、
前記繊維束に接触した状態で回転するローラと、
前記繊維束に接触して熱を加えるアイロン部と、を備える硬化装置を具備し、
前記硬化装置は、前記アイロン部が前記ローラに取り付けられた状態で該ローラと一体となって回転し、前記繊維束が前記繊維束処理装置に導かれる途中で該繊維束に含浸されている樹脂の一部を硬化又は半硬化させる、とした。
熱硬化性の樹脂が含浸された繊維束を処理する繊維束処理装置において、
前記繊維束に対して近接又は離間する方向に揺動するアームと、
前記繊維束に接触して熱を加えるアイロン部と、を備える硬化装置を具備し、
前記硬化装置は、前記アイロン部が前記アームに取り付けられた状態で該アームと一体となって揺動し、前記繊維束が前記繊維束処理装置に導かれる途中で該繊維束に含浸されている樹脂の一部を硬化又は半硬化させる、とした。
前記硬化装置は、前記繊維束の送り方向に対して一定の間隔毎に該繊維束に含浸されている樹脂を硬化又は半硬化させる、とした。
前記硬化装置は、前記繊維束の送り方向に対して垂直に該繊維束に含浸されている樹脂を硬化又は半硬化させる、とした。

Claims (4)
- 熱硬化性の樹脂が含浸された繊維束を処理する繊維束処理装置において、
前記繊維束に接触した状態で回転するローラと、
前記繊維束に接触して熱を加えるアイロン部と、を備える硬化装置を具備し、
前記硬化装置は、前記アイロン部が前記ローラに取り付けられた状態で該ローラと一体となって回転し、前記繊維束が前記繊維束処理装置に導かれる途中で該繊維束に含浸されている樹脂の一部を硬化又は半硬化させる、ことを特徴とする繊維束処理装置。 - 熱硬化性の樹脂が含浸された繊維束を処理する繊維束処理装置において、
前記繊維束に対して近接又は離間する方向に揺動するアームと、
前記繊維束に接触して熱を加えるアイロン部と、を備える硬化装置を具備し、
前記硬化装置は、前記アイロン部が前記アームに取り付けられた状態で該アームと一体となって揺動し、前記繊維束が前記繊維束処理装置に導かれる途中で該繊維束に含浸されている樹脂の一部を硬化又は半硬化させる、ことを特徴とする繊維束処理装置。 - 前記硬化装置は、前記繊維束の送り方向に対して一定の間隔毎に該繊維束に含浸されている樹脂を硬化又は半硬化させる、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の繊維束処理装置。
- 前記硬化装置は、前記繊維束の送り方向に対して垂直に該繊維束に含浸されている樹脂を硬化又は半硬化させる、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の繊維束処理装置。
