Description
本出願は、2011年7月6日に出願された米国仮出願第61/504,806号に基づく優先権を主張するものである。
本発明は、建設業用のエラストマー半透明防水コーティングに関する。本発明はまた、エラストマー半透明防水コーティングの作製プロセスに関する。また、該エラストマー半透明防水コーティングでコーティングされた基材を提供する。
(a)ジヒドロキシ末端ジメチルポリシロキサンポリマー;
(b)強化充填材;
(c)有機溶媒;
(d)ポリアルコキシシラン架橋剤;
(e)オルガノシラン接着促進剤;および
(f)チタン縮合硬化触媒
を含む、一剤型、湿気硬化型、エラストマー、半透明コーティング組成物である。
(a)ジヒドロキシ末端ジメチルポリシロキサンポリマー;
(b)強化充填材;
(c)有機溶媒;
(d)ポリアルコキシシラン架橋剤;
(e)オルガノシラン接着促進剤;および
(f)チタン縮合硬化触媒
の成分を混合するステップを含む、一剤型、湿気硬化型、エラストマー、半透明コーティング組成物を形成するプロセスを提供することである。
MDaM
を持ち、下付き文字aは、1以上、具体的には1〜約3000、更に具体的には1〜約2000、そして最も具体的には1〜約1000であり、ここで、
M=(HO)(CH3)2SiO1/2;および
D=(CH3)2SiO2/2である。

Claims (17)
- (a)ジヒドロキシ末端ジメチルポリシロキサンポリマー;
(b)強化充填材;
(c)有機溶媒;
(d)ポリアルコキシシラン架橋剤;
(e)オルガノシラン接着促進剤;および
(f)チタン縮合硬化触媒
を含み、
ジヒドロキシ末端ジメチルポリシロキサンポリマー(a)が5,000cps未満の粘度を持ち、
強化充填材(b)が、D4およびヘキサメチルジシラザンで二重に処理されたフュームドシリカ充填材である、
一剤型、湿気硬化型、エラストマー、半透明コーティング組成物。 - 有機溶媒(c)が直鎖脂肪族炭化水素である、請求項1に記載のコーティング組成物。
- ポリアルコキシシラン架橋剤(d)がメチルトリメトキシシランである、請求項1〜2のいずれか一項に記載のコーティング組成物。
- オルガノシラン接着促進剤(e)がトリス(トリメトキシシリルプロピル)イソシアヌレートである、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のコーティング組成物。
- チタン硬化触媒がジイソプロポキシチタンビス−アセチルアセトナートである、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のコーティング組成物。
- 温度50℃において少なくとも一ヶ月の貯蔵安定性を有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のコーティング組成物。
- (a)ジヒドロキシ末端ジメチルポリシロキサンポリマー;
(b)強化充填材;
(c)有機溶媒;
(d)ポリアルコキシシラン架橋剤;
(e)オルガノシラン接着促進剤;および
(f)チタン縮合硬化触媒
の成分を混合するステップを含み、
ジヒドロキシ末端ジメチルポリシロキサンポリマー(a)が5,000cps未満の粘度を持ち、
強化充填材(b)が、D4およびヘキサメチルジシラザンで二重に処理されたフュームドシリカ充填材である、
一剤型、湿気硬化型、エラストマー、半透明コーティング組成物を形成するプロセス。 - コーティング組成物の混合された成分を基材に塗布するステップ;および
コーティング組成物を十分な水分に晒し、一剤型、湿気硬化型、エラストマー、半透明コーティング組成物を基材上で硬化コーティングへと硬化させるステップを更に含む、請求項7に記載のプロセス。 - 請求項8に記載のプロセスによって作られる硬化コーティングを含む基材。
- コーティングがASTM D−412による50%引張における弾性率40psi(275790.28Pa)〜150psi(1034213.55Pa)を有する、請求項9に記載の基材。
- コーティングがASTM C−661によるショアA硬度計値10〜40を有する、請求項9〜10のいずれか一項に記載の基材。
- コーティングが、ジヒドロキシ末端ジメチルポリシロキサンポリマー(a)が200,000cpsを超える粘度を有する同一のコーティング組成物でコーティングされた同一の基材のコーティングよりも優れた半透明性を有する、請求項9〜11のいずれか一項に記載の基材。
- コーティングが、ジヒドロキシ末端ジメチルポリシロキサンポリマー(a)が200,000cpsを超える粘度を有する同一のコーティング組成物でコーティングされた同一の基材のコーティングよりも優れた耐久力または耐紫外線性の一つまたはそれ以上を有する、請求項9〜12のいずれか一項に記載の基材。
- コーティングが、ジヒドロキシ末端ジメチルポリシロキサンポリマー(a)が200,000cpsを超える粘度を有する同一のコーティング組成物でコーティングされた同一の基材のコーティングよりも長期間の防水性保護を提供する、請求項9〜13のいずれか一項に記載の基材。
- コーティングが、ジヒドロキシ末端ジメチルポリシロキサンポリマー(a)が200,000cpsを超える粘度を有する同一のコーティング組成物でコーティングされた同一の基材よりももっと元の外観を維持する、請求項9〜14のいずれか一項に記載の基材。
- 建物の表面の外装部分に請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の一剤型、湿気硬化型、エラストマー、半透明コーティング組成物を塗布するステップ;および建物の表面上に硬化コーティングを提供するために該コーティング組成物を硬化するステップを含む、建物の表面の処理方法。
- 請求項16に記載の方法によって得られた硬化コーティングを含む建物の外装部分。
