Claims (10)
- ポリイミドキャリア(202)の第一および第二の側面の上に第一の摩擦低減層(208)および第二の摩擦低減層(214)をキャスティングする工程と、

前記複合体をブッシュに成形する工程と、

- 同時に前記第一および第二の摩擦低減層を、塗布し、乾燥させ、シンターさせる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第一の表面を有する支持基材と、
前記支持基材の前記第一の表面に積層させたキャストフルオロポリマーフィルムであって、前記キャストフルオロポリマーフィルムが、摩擦低減層および接着剤層を含み、前記支持基材が、前記摩擦低減層に対してよりも前記接着剤層に対してより近くに配置され、
前記キャストフルオロポリマーフィルムが、前記摩擦低減層と前記接着層の間に1層又は複数のフルオロポリマー層を含み、前記摩擦低減層が当該1層又は複数のフルオロポリマー層と異なる潤滑特性を有している、キャストフルオロポリマーフィルムと、
を含み、
前記接着剤層が、フルオロポリマー、エポキシ樹脂、ポリイミド樹脂、アクリレート、ポリエーテル/ポリアミドコポリマー、エチレン酢酸ビニル、およびそれらの任意の組み合わせからなる群より選択されるポリマーを含むブッシュ。 - 前記摩擦低減層が、フルオロポリマーを含む、請求項4に記載のブッシュ。
- 前記フルオロポリマーが、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、フッ素化エチレン−プロピレン、ポリビニリデンフルオリド、ポリクロロトリフルオロエチレン、エチレンクロロトリフルオロエチレン、ペルフルオロアルコキシポリマー、およびそれらの任意の組み合わせからなる群より選択される、請求項5に記載のブッシュ。
- 前記摩擦低減層が、摩擦低減性充填剤を含む、請求項5に記載のブッシュ。
- 前記摩擦低減性充填剤が、ガラス繊維、炭素繊維、ケイ素、グラファイト、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン、二硫化モリブデン、芳香族ポリエステル、炭素粒子、青銅、フルオロポリマー、熱可塑性プラスチック充填剤、鉱物質充填剤、およびそれらの任意の組み合わせからなる群より選択される、請求項7に記載のブッシュ。
- 前記摩擦低減層が、0.4以下の摩擦係数を有する、請求項4に記載のブッシュ。
- 追加のフルオロポリマー層が、前記ブッシュを交換する時間の信号を発するための信号充填剤を含む、請求項4に記載のブッシュ。
