Description
前記トラップカラムが、その両端に液体の出入口となる開口を有しており、前記開口のうち、少なくとも液体の出口側の開口が、前記トラップカラムの内部空間を臨む面において断面積が最大で且つ液体の流れ方向に向かって断面積が減少するテーパー部を有することを特徴としている。
前記トラップカラムの内部空間と該内部空間から液体を排出するための流路との境界部に前記目的成分の析出を防止するためのフィルタが設けられていることを特徴としている。
前記目的成分の析出を防止するためのフィルタが前記キャップよりも液体の流れ方向の下流側に配置されたものとすることができる。

Claims (1)
- 目的成分を含む溶液を、充填剤が充填されたトラップカラムに流して該目的成分を該トラップカラムに捕集し、その後に溶出用の溶媒を前記トラップカラムに流し、該トラップカラム内に捕集されていた目的成分を溶出させて回収容器内に回収するための分取精製装置であって、
前記トラップカラムが、中空の円筒形状を有するとともに、その両端に液体の出入口となる開口を有しており、前記開口のうち、少なくとも液体の出口側の開口が、前記トラップカラムの端部に取り付けられた蓋に形成されており、該蓋に形成された開口は、前記トラップカラムの内部空間を臨む面において断面積が最大で且つ液体の流れ方向に向かって断面積が減少するテーパー部を有し、
前記トラップカラムの内部空間と前記蓋の境界部に配置された、前記充填剤の流出を防止するためのメッシュ状のキャップと、該キャップと前記蓋に形成された開口との間に配置された、前記目的成分の析出を防止するためのフィルタとを有することを特徴とする分取精製装置。
