Claims (17)
- 内部を流通する流れの圧力を検出する2方向流量センサであって、
第1端部と第2端部を備え、かつ、中心軸で孔を規定し、該孔が前記第1端部と前記第2端部との間に配設されたスロート部を含む、中空管状部材と、
前記スロート部を二等分すると共に、各々タップ高さを規定する一対の圧力タップを含む、流量制限器と、
前記第2端部に配設され、前記圧力タップにおいて前記孔を横切る流速の均一化を助長する形状を有した流動障害物と、
を含んで構成され、
前記第2端部に配設された流動障害物は、ダイアモンド形状の軸方向断面を有し、前記流動障害物の障害物高さが前記圧力タップのタップ高さと同一高さとなるように形成された流量センサ。 - 内部を流通する流れの圧力を検出する2方向流量センサであって、
第1端部と第2端部を備え、かつ、中心軸で孔を規定し、該孔が前記第1端部と前記第2端部との間に配設されたスロート部を含む、中空管状部材と、
前記スロート部を二等分すると共に、各々タップ高さを規定する一対の圧力タップを含む、流量制限器と、
前記第2端部に配設され、前記圧力タップにおいて前記孔を横切る流速の均一化を助長する形状を有した流動障害物と、
を含んで構成され、
前記第2端部に配設された流動障害物は、涙滴形状の軸方向断面を有し、前記流動障害物の障害物高さが前記圧力タップのタップ高さと同一高さとなるように形成された流量センサ。 - 前記流動障害物は、軸方向から視て、前記流量制限器に対して垂直方向に配設される請求項1又は請求項2に記載の流量センサ。
- 前記流量制限器は、軸方向の長さが軸方向と直角な方向の長さより長い形状の軸方向断面を有する請求項1又は請求項2に記載の流量センサ。
- 前記流量制限器は、ダイアモンド形状の軸方向断面を有する請求項4に記載の流量センサ。
- Y字状接続器に一体に形成される請求項1又は請求項2に記載の流量センサ。
- 前記孔内の第1端部に配設されて複数のベーンを含んで構成され、前記圧力タップにおける非軸流を最小限とする大きさ及び形状を有したバッフル
を含んで構成される請求項1又は請求項2に記載の流量センサ。 - 前記ベーンが径方向に向けて配設される請求項7に記載の流量センサ。
- 前記バッフルは、相互に等角度間隔に配設された前記ベーンを8個まで含んで構成される請求項8に記載の流量センサ。
- 前記各ベーンが径方向内側にノッチを含み、ノッチ全体で圧力リリーフ機構を構成する請求項7に記載の流量センサ。
- 前記孔は、前記バッフルに隣接して配設され、前記第1端部から前記第2端部に向かう方向に沿って径方向内側に傾斜するテーパ部を含む請求項7に記載の流量センサ。
- 前記各圧力タップのタップ高さは、中心軸に対して対称的である請求項7に記載の流量センサ。
- 機械式人工呼吸器に付属して使用され、かつ、空気圧縮ノイズが約毎分0.1リットル(LPM)未満に維持される形状を有する請求項7に記載の流量センサ。
- Y字状接続器に一体に形成される請求項7に記載の流量センサ。
- 前記流動障害物は、前記第2端部に流入する空気流に対し、該流動障害物によって前記空気流が前記圧力タップへ直接衝突することを抑制し、あるいは前記圧力タップでの非軸流を最小限として前記流量制限器での軸交差流を最小限とするように形成されている請求項1又は請求項2に記載の流量センサ。
- 前記第1端部は呼吸器側端部であり、前記第2端部は患者側端部である請求項1又は請求項2に記載の流量センサ。
- 前記流量制限器での軸交差流を最小限とするように形成された流動障害物と、前記バッフルとを含んで構成されている請求項7に記載の流量センサ。
