Description
上記実施形態によれば、ファンユニット17と差圧生成部材32との間に整流板31を設け、差圧生成部材32の上流の空気流に含まれる渦を低減している。このため、差圧生成部材32の下流の空気流に含まれる渦をさらに低減できる。したがって、差圧生成部材32の上流及び下流の空気流に含まれる渦が低減されているため、差圧生成部材32を用いて正確に差圧を検出することができる。したがって、ファンユニット17から発生される空気流の正確な流量を測定することが可能である。
Claims (4)
- 空気流を発生する遠心ファンと、
前記空気流を通し、前記空気流に差圧を生じさせる差圧生成部材と、
前記差圧生成部材の上流の空気圧と前記差圧生成部材の下流の空気圧との差圧を検出するセンサと、
前記遠心ファンと前記差圧生成部材の間に設けられ、前記遠心ファンにより発生された前記空気流を整流する整流板と、を具備し、
前記整流板は、
前記空気流の上流側に位置し、前記遠心ファンの回転軸と直交する方向に配置されたフィンと、
前記フィンより下流側に位置し、前記フィンを通った前記空気流が通過する格子状のフィンと、
を具備することを特徴とするCPAP装置。 - 前記遠心ファンは、吹き出し口を有するファンユニットに配置され、前記吹き出し口は、前記整流板の上流側で、前記回転軸と直交する平面内で斜めに配置されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のCPAP装置。
- 前記整流板は、前記吹き出し口から前記フィンに斜めに流入する空気流を、前記格子状のフィンで、前記差圧生成部材に垂直に流入させることを特徴とする請求項2記載のCPAP装置。
- 前記フィンの数は、2つ以上であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のCPAP装置。
