−(a1)水酸化ニオブの懸濁液を、セリウムの塩、ならびに適切な場合は、ジルコニウムおよび元素Mの塩を含む溶液と混合する;
−(b1)このようにして形成した混合物を塩基性化合物と一緒にして、析出物を得る;
−(c1)該析出物を反応溶媒から分離し、焼成する。

−800℃および900℃で4時間焼成後のBET比表面積;

−還元特性;
を記載する。
酸性度特性は、以下に記載するTPD法によって測定する。
サンプルを20℃/分の温度上昇に従って、ヘリウム気流(30ml/分)下で500℃にし、水蒸気を除去し、そのため気孔がつぶれないようにするために、この温度で30分維持する。最後にサンプルを、ヘリウム気流下、10℃/分の速さで、100℃に冷却する。
続いて、サンプルを、大気圧で、アンモニア(100℃でヘリウム中5容量%のNH3)の気流(30ml/分)に30分(飽和するまで)当てる。サンプルを、ヘリウムの気流に最小でも1時間当てる。
700℃になるまで10℃/分の温度上昇の実施によって、TPDを行う。
還元特性は、Micromeritics Autochem2装置で温度プログラム還元(TPR)を行うことによって測定する。この装置は、組成物の水素消費量を温度の関数として測定することを可能にする。
Claims (15)
- 酸化ニオブ2から20重量%を含み、残りを酸化セリウムとして含む酸化セリウムに基づく組成物であって、
800℃で4時間焼成した後のTPD分析により測定された、少なくとも6×10−2の酸性度であって、この酸性度は800℃で4時間焼成した後に測定される組成物の表面積1m2当たりのアンモニアのmlで表される酸性度、
800℃で4時間焼成した後、少なくとも15m2/gの比表面積、および
1000℃で4時間焼成した後、少なくとも2m2/gの比表面積を示す、
ことを特徴とする、組成物。 - 以下の重量比率:
−酸化セリウム:少なくとも50%;
−酸化ニオブ:2から20%;
−酸化ジルコニウム:48%まで
で3つの構成要素である酸化セリウム、酸化ジルコニウムおよび酸化ニオブを含む組成物であって、
800℃で4時間焼成した後のTPD分析により測定された、少なくとも6×10−2の酸性度であって、この酸性度は800℃で4時間焼成した後に測定される組成物の表面積1m2当たりのアンモニアのmlで表される酸性度、
1000℃で4時間焼成した後、少なくとも2m2/gの比表面積を示す、
ことを特徴とする、組成物。 - 800℃で4時間焼成した後、少なくとも7×10−2の酸性度を示し、この酸性度は、800℃で4時間焼成した後に測定される組成物の表面積1m2当たりのアンモニアのmlで表されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の組成物。
- 酸化ニオブを、3%と15%との間の重量比率で含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から3の一項に記載の組成物。
- 酸化セリウムを少なくとも65%の重量比率で、ならびに酸化ニオブを2%と12%との間の重量比率で含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の組成物。
- 酸化セリウムを、少なくとも70%の重量比率で含むことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の組成物。
- 酸化セリウムを、少なくとも75%の重量比率で含むことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の組成物。
- 酸化ニオブを2%以上10%未満の重量比率で含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から7の一項に記載の組成物。
- 800℃で4時間焼成した後、少なくとも20m2/gの比表面積を示すことを特徴とする、請求項2または請求項3から8の一項に記載の組成物。
- 1000℃で4時間焼成した後、少なくとも3m2/gの比表面積を示すことを特徴とする、請求項1から9の一項に記載の組成物。
- 請求項1から10の一項に記載の組成物を含むことを特徴とする触媒系。
- ガスを処理する方法であって、このガス中に存在するCOおよび炭化水素の酸化触媒として、請求項11に記載の触媒系または請求項1から10の一項に記載の組成物を使用することを特徴とする方法。
- ガスを処理する方法であって、N2Oの分解、NOxおよびCO2の吸着のために、請求項11に記載の触媒系、または請求項1から10の一項に記載の組成物を使用することを特徴とする方法。
- 以下の反応:水性ガス反応、水蒸気改質反応、異性化反応または触媒クラッキング反応の1つを使用する方法であって、請求項11に記載の触媒系または請求項1から10の一項に記載の組成物を使用することを特徴とする方法。
- ガソリンエンジン排ガスを処理する三元触媒反応方法であって、この方法を実施するために、請求項11に記載の触媒系、または請求項1から10の一項に記載の組成物から処方された触媒を使用することを特徴とする方法。
