Claims (8)
- 任意の形状の陰刻からなる空洞が形成される金型を準備する段階と、
金型の空洞の体積より多い熱可塑性合成樹脂材料を前記金型の空洞に充填する段階と、
金型を加圧した状態で熱を加える段階と、
加えられる熱によって、金型の空洞に充填された熱可塑性合成樹脂材料が溶融すると、加圧を解除し、金型を開放する段階と、
開放された金型内の溶融状態である熱可塑性合成樹脂材料の中から、金型の空洞に充填された部分以外の材料を除去する段階と、
熱可塑性合成樹脂材料が空洞に充填されている金型の上面に、織物またはホットメルトの中から選ばれるいずれか一つを配置する段階と、
金型を加圧した状態で冷却させ、前記織物またはホットメルトの中から選ばれるいずれか一つに接している熱可塑性合成樹脂材料を、前記織物またはホットメルトの中から選ばれるいずれか一つと一体化させる段階とを含んでなることを特徴とする、熱可塑性合成樹脂製品の製造方法。 - 任意の形状の陰刻からなる複数の空洞が形成される金型を準備する段階と、
金型の一部の空洞に、その空洞の体積より多い第1熱可塑性合成樹脂材料を充填する段階と、
金型を加圧した状態で熱を加える段階と、
加えられる熱によって金型の第1熱可塑性合成樹脂材料が溶融すると、加圧を解除し、金型を開放する段階と、
開放された金型内の溶融状態である第1熱可塑性合成樹脂材料の中から、金型の空洞に充填された部分以外の材料を除去する段階と、
前記金型の空洞のうち、溶融状態である第1熱可塑性合成樹脂材料が充填されていない空き補助空洞に、前記第1熱可塑性合成樹脂材料とは色相が異なる或いは色相および物性が異なる第2熱可塑性合成樹脂材料を充填する段階と、
金型を加圧した状態で熱を加える段階と、
加えられた熱によって第2熱可塑性合成樹脂材料が溶融すると、加圧を解除し、前記金型を開放する段階と、
開放された金型内の溶融状態である第2熱可塑性合成樹脂材料のうち、金型の空洞に充填された部分以外の第2熱可塑性合成樹脂材料を除去する段階と、
第1熱可塑性合成樹脂材料および第2熱可塑性合成樹脂材料がそれぞれの空洞に充填されている金型の上面に、織物またはホットメルトの中から選ばれるいずれか一つを配置する段階と、
金型を加圧した状態で冷却させ、前記織物またはホットメルトの中から選ばれるいずれか一つに接している第1熱可塑性合成樹脂材料および第2熱可塑性合成樹脂材料を、前記織物またはホットメルトの中から選ばれるいずれか一つと一体化させる段階とを含んでなることを特徴とする、熱可塑性合成樹脂製品の製造方法。 - 任意の形状の陰刻からなる複数の空洞が形成される金型を準備する段階と、
金型の空洞に、その空洞の体積より少ない第1熱可塑性合成樹脂材料を先に充填した後、その上部に残りの空洞の体積より多い第2熱可塑性合成樹脂材料を充填する段階と、
金型を加圧した状態で熱を加える段階と、
加えられる熱によって金型の第1熱可塑性合成樹脂材料および第2熱可塑性合成樹脂材料それぞれが溶融すると、加圧を解除し、金型を開放する段階と、
開放された金型内の溶融状態である第2熱可塑性合成樹脂材料のうち、金型の空洞に充填された部分以外の第2熱可塑性合成樹脂材料を除去する段階と、
第1熱可塑性合成樹脂材料および第2熱可塑性合成樹脂材料がそれぞれの空洞に順次充填されている金型の上面に、織物またはホットメルトの中から選ばれるいずれか一つを配置する段階と、
金型を加圧した状態で冷却させ、第2熱可塑性合成樹脂材料の両側に接している前記第1熱可塑性合成樹脂材料、および前記織物またはホットメルトの中から選ばれるいずれか一つを前記第2熱可塑性合成樹脂材料と一体化させる段階とを含んでなることを特徴とする、熱可塑性合成樹脂製品の製造方法。 - 任意の形状の陰刻からなる空洞が形成される第1金型を少なくとも2つ準備する段階と、
各第1金型の空洞の体積より多い熱可塑性合成樹脂材料を前記第1金型の空洞に充填する段階と、
各第1金型を加圧した状態で熱を加える段階と、
加えられる熱によって各第1金型の熱可塑性合成樹脂材料が溶融すると、加圧を解除し、各第1金型を開放する段階と、
開放された各第1金型内の溶融状態である熱可塑性合成樹脂材料のうち、各第1金型の空洞に充填された部分以外の熱可塑性合成樹脂材料を除去する段階と、
熱可塑性合成樹脂材料が空洞に充填された各第1金型を、任意の形状の空洞からなる内部空間が備えられる第2金型の空洞に位置させる段階と、
第2金型の空洞に位置し、熱可塑性合成樹脂材料が空洞に充填されている第1金型の上面に、織物またはホットメルトの中から選ばれるいずれか一つを配置する段階と、
第2金型を加圧した状態で冷却させ、前記織物またはホットメルトの中から選ばれるいずれか一つに接している各第1金型の熱可塑性合成樹脂材料を前記織物またはホットメルトの中から選ばれるいずれか一つと一体化させる段階とを含んでなることを特徴とする、熱可塑性合成樹脂製品の製造方法。 - 任意の形状の陰刻からなる空洞が形成される金型を少なくとも2つ準備する段階と、
各金型の空洞の体積より多く、互いに色相が異なる或いは色相および物性が異なる熱可塑性合成樹脂材料を前記各金型の空洞に充填する段階と、
各金型を加圧した状態で熱を加える段階と、
加えられる熱によって各金型の熱可塑性合成樹脂材料が溶融すると、加圧を解除し、各金型を開放する段階と、
開放された各金型内の溶融状態である熱可塑性合成樹脂材料のうち、各金型の空洞に充填された部分以外の熱可塑性合成樹脂材料を除去する段階と、
熱可塑性合成樹脂材料が空洞に充填されているいずれか一つの金型の上面に、織物またはホットメルトの中から選ばれるいずれか一つを配置する段階と、
前記織物またはホットメルトの中から選ばれるいずれか一つを挟んで空洞に充填された熱可塑性合成樹脂材料が対向した状態で金型を合型する段階と、
合型された金型を加圧した状態で冷却させ、織物またはホットメルトの中から選ばれるいずれか一つに接している各金型の熱可塑性合成樹脂材料を、前記織物またはホットメルトの中から選ばれるいずれか一つと一体化させる段階とを含んでなることを特徴とする、熱可塑性合成樹脂製品の製造方法。 - 前記各第1金型に充填される熱可塑性合成樹脂材料は、互いに色相が異なる或いは色相および物性が異なるように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の熱可塑性合成樹脂製品の製造方法。
