Description
上述した積層フィルムにおいては、上記積層工程前におけるフィルムの上記所定方向に関する所定範囲の長さをA、上記積層工程後における当該フィルムの上記所定範囲の長さをBとし、B/A=Cとしたときに、上記第1のフィルムにおけるC値を上記第2のフィルムにおけるC値で除した値Dが、D≦0.9994の範囲であるように製造することで、良好にカール特性を付与することができる。
図1に、実施形態の積層フィルムを製造する貼り合わせ装置1の模式的な図を示す。この貼り合わせ装置1は、第1の送出ロール11から引き出される第1のフィルム13と、第2の送出ロール15から引き出される第2のフィルム17と、を貼り合わせる装置である。
貼り合わせ部29では、加圧ローラ41,43によって第1のフィルム13における接着剤の塗布面と第2のフィルム17とを圧着させ、積層フィルム33とする。巻取部31では積層フィルム33を巻き回し、巻取りロール35を形成する。
[実施例および比較例]
実施例1〜3にて用いた第1のフィルム、第2のフィルムは以下の通りである。
第2のフィルム:PET#12 1020mm幅、1000m(ユニチカ株式会社製 エンブレットPET 12ミクロン)
これらのフィルムには、貼り合わせ装置1に取り付ける前、即ちテンションを掛けることおよび加熱処理を行わない状態(以降、単に通常状態と記載する)において所定の間隔で目印を記載しておいた。そしてこれらのフィルムを、テンションを調整してラミネートし、カール特性とラミネート後における上記目印の間隔の変化を測定した。ラミネート後とは24時間経過後である。
また比較例1,2として、実施例1〜3と同一のフィルム材料を用い、実施例1〜3よりもテンションを低く、特にフィルムの伸張に対する影響の大きい加熱部25におけるテンションを低く設定して積層フィルムを製造した。これらの結果も併せて表1に示す。
表1に示すように、上記実施例1〜3の条件にて製造した積層フィルムはいずれも良好なカール特性を有していた。
第2のフィルム:VMCPP#25 1020mm幅、1000m(三井化学東セロ株式会社製 ML−CPWS 25ミクロン)
なお実施例4,5は加熱温度を70℃とし、実施例6,7は加熱温度を80℃とした。また実施例4〜6はニップ圧を13250Nとし、実施例7はニップ圧を23000Nとした。
[その他の実施例]
以上、本発明の実施例について説明したが、本発明は、上記実施例に何ら限定されることはなく、本発明の技術的範囲に属する限り種々の形態をとり得ることはいうまでもない。
Claims (2)
- 第1のフィルムおよび第2のフィルムを積層してなる積層フィルムの製造方法であって、
前記第1のフィルムおよび前記第2のフィルムは、それぞれ、ポリプロピレン系樹脂およびポリエステル系樹脂の少なくともいずれか一方を主成分とするフィルムであり、
前記第1のフィルムを80℃以上に加熱して所定方向に対して自然長よりも伸ばし、前記第2のフィルムの前記所定方向の伸び率よりも前記第1のフィルムの前記所定方向の伸び率が大きくなるようにした状態で前記第2のフィルムと貼り合わせることで、当該積層フィルムを前記第1のフィルムの形成された側を内側としてカールした状態とする積層工程を有する
ことを特徴とする積層フィルムの製造方法。 - 前記積層工程前におけるフィルムの前記所定方向に関する所定範囲の長さをA、前記積層工程後における当該フィルムの前記所定範囲の長さをBとし、B/A=Cとしたときに、
前記第1のフィルムにおけるC値を前記第2のフィルムにおけるC値で除した値Dが、D≦0.9994の範囲である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の積層フィルムの製造方法。
